The 3-phase air cleaner system: The intake air first passes through the cyclonic filter and is, in the process, largely cleared of dirt particles. Then follows the foam material pre-filter. Only at the end does the pre-cleaned air reach the main filter. This filtering method increases the service life of the air cleaner many times over. Moreover, only a small drop in pressure occurs, which leads to a consistently high engine output.

Recoil starting without effort: the soft start.

The recoil starter of the cut-off saw is surrounded by a housing to protect the rope against abrasive construction dust. In this way, stoppage-time for maintenance and repair can be significantly reduced. An innovative mechanism ensures that the operator can start the machine with very little effort. Less stressful and ready for use in less time: The soft start of the BTS 635s.

1 Powerful high performance engine: The air-cooled two-cycle gasoline engine has a strong torque with reliable power transmission and supplies the first-class cutting performance of the BTS range. At the same time, it easily meets all required emission standards. This makes the cut-off saw extremely productive and efficient in use.

2 Intelligent design and durable machine concept: The BTS range is designed down to the last detail and the trend-setting machine concept speaks for itself. Pistons and cylinders have a very long service life due to a high-quality coating; two piston rings and a heavy-duty V-belt also contribute to the long service life. The integrated water-connection is particularly suited for everyday use.
