When the LP gas of 300kg or more is installed in the facilities enumerated in Liquefied Petroleum Gas Act 87 (1), High Pressure Gas Safety Act 74 (1), and Gas Business Act 47-3 (1), dangerous article notification shall be submitted to the fire department in the area according to the Fire Service Act 9 (2).

Construction to be used for storing or processing 3,500kg in residential area, 7,000kg in commercial area, and 35,000kg in light industrial area is not allowed. However, certain exception may apply when the specific administrative government (governor) admit that it is harmless for residential environment or that it is unavoidable considering the public utility.
