In 1996, Gandia Blasco revolutionised the contemporary outdoor

furniture market with its collection called Na Xemena, creating a new

concept. After bringing the Mediterranean closer to all the corners of

the world, we want to occupy new spaces: GANDIA BLASCO PASSDOOR.

Sistema de pérgolas para exterior fabricado con aluminio anodizado o lacado (blanco, bronce y arena). El pavimento interior está fabricado con madera tecnológica realizada con fi bras vegetales y plástico. Es un

material que no necesita mantenimiento. Techo fabricado con tablero fenólico y cubierta exterior de chapa galvanizada. Nota: Cristales no incluidos.

Outdoor pergola system made of anodized or lacquered aluminium (white, bronze and sand). The interior fl oor is made of technological wood made of vegetable fi bres and plastic. This material does not require

maintenance. Ceiling made of phenolic board and external walls of galvanized steel. Note: Glass not included.

Recomendaciones generales.

Utilizar el Kit de Limpieza Gandia Blasco para las estructuras y accesorios.

Seguir las instrucciones y recomendaciones de mantenimiento de las tapicerias según la ficha técnica de cada una de las referencias. Las encontrarán en cada uno de nuestros muebles.

Mantenimiento y uso general.

Para una óptima conservación de los muebles se recomienda limpiar periódicamente todos los elementos del mueble, como se indica en las instrucciones de limpieza, evitando así la acumulación de suciedad e

impurezas sobre el mueble. En ambientes marinos o con elevada humedad ( como SPA’s, Beach Clubs, …) es recomendable extremar las precauciones de limpieza, especialmente en las colecciones de acero inoxidable.

Es aconsejable realizar un mantenimiento exhaustivo al inicio y al final de cada temporada, revisando todos los elementos que componen el mueble y realizando una buena limpieza de estos, haciendo hincapié entre

los huecos de las tablas para evitar la excesiva acumulación de polvo y suciedad. Los muebles son resistentes a ralladuras e impactos bajo condiciones normales de uso. La exposición prolongada a temperaturas

superiores a 60° C (140° F) puede causar daños en los materiales con los que están fabricados.

Use the Gandia Blasco Cleaning Set for frames and accessories.

Follow the care instructions and recommendations for the upholsteries according to the respective technical data sheet. The data sheets are included with our furniture.

Care and general use.

For an optimal conservation of the furniture, we recommend to clean all elements regularly, following the cleaning instructions, thus avoiding any accumulation of dirt and impurities on the furniture. Nearby the

sea or in atmospheres with a high humidity level (like SPAs, Beach Clubs, …) we recommend to take additional cleaning precautions, especially with stainless steel collections. It is advisable to carry out thorough care

procedures and check the furniture and all its elements at the beginning and the end of every season, especially between table holes, to make sure that there is no accumulation of dust and dirt. The furniture is

resistant to scratches and impacts under normal use conditions. Prolonged exposure to temperatures above 140ºF (60 ºC) may harm the materials of which they are made.

Utilizar en espacios abiertos y bien ventilados, y colocar sobre una superficie plana, antideslizante y no inflamable. Verter el líquido en el brasero y encender con precaución con una cerilla. No rellenar ni manipular el

recipiente con líquido inflamable durante la combustión. Después de apagar la llama, dejar enfriar durante unos minutos para proceder a su manipulación. mantener fuera del alcance de los niños. Se recomienda la

utilización de bioetanol porque emite una llama limpia y clara y no produce residuos ni humo en su combustión.

Use in outdoor, draughty spaces and place it on a flat, non-slip, non-flammable surface. Pour the liquid in the brazier and light it carefully with a match. Do not fill it or manipulate the container with flammable liquid

while burning. After putting out the flame, let it cool down for a while before manipulating it. Keep away from children. We recommend using bioethanol because it has a clean and clear flame and it does neither

comprobar una vez recibida la factura pro forma enviada por Gandia Blasco. Reclamar

factura pro forma en caso que no haya llegado pasados 72 horas de la formalización

del pedido.

No se aceptarán cambios en los pedidos 72 horas después de la recepción de la pro

forma.

No se aceptarán devoluciones de mercancía sin la previa autorización de Gandia Blasco.

Los daños causados por el transporte deberán ser reportados durante las 72 horas

Gandia Blasco no se hará cargo de ningún daño causado por el transporte notificado con

posterioridad a las 72 horas.

Cualquier reclamación por defecto de fabricación se tramitará indicando el número de

factura correspondiente a la mercancía, indicando por escrito los defectos o daños y

adjuntando una fotografía de los mismos vía email. Gandia Blasco no se hará cargo de

ninguna reclamación que no se haya tramitado facilitando correctamente los datos

requeridos.

Gandía Blasco ofrece una garantía de 2 años a partir de la fecha de adquisición de sus

productos. Esta garantía cubre defectos de material y defectos de fabricación. Gandía

Blasco declina cualquier responsabilidad por desperfectos derivados de un mal uso o

tratamiento indebido de los productos, aceptando únicamente las devoluciones por

defectos de fabricación.

ORDERS

Orders must be placed correctly via e-mail or fax. No hand-written orders will be accepted.

All orders must include a reference of the customer or a numerical reference.

After receiving the pro-forma invoice from Gandia Blasco please check every line

referring to the product description, sales conditions, references, etc. Please ask for the

pro-forma invoice if you haven’t received it 72 hours after placing the order.

No changes will be accepted 72 hours after receiving the pro-forma invoice.

No returned goods will be accepted without the previous authorisation of Gandia Blasco.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

According to the previously established commercial conditions.

Any delay or anomaly in payment will lead to retention of the outstanding orders. Any

financial or legal costs arising out of the non-compliance with the agreed terms will be

born by the buyer.

This price list cancels all previous price lists.

The placement of an order implies the acceptance of these general conditions.

COMPLAINTS

Damages caused by transport must be reported during the following 72 hours after

unloading the goods. The complaint must be lodged together with the respective invoice

number and the delivery note signed at destination, clearly indicating the external,

visible damages of the boxes. If possible, attach a picture of the state of the packing

when unloading it. Gandia Blasco does not accept any transport damage if reported

after 72 hours from delivery.

Any complaint due to a manufacturing defect must be lodged indicating the

corresponding invoice number with a written description of the defects or damages and

attaching a picture via e-mail. Gandia Blasco will not accept any complaint which has not

been lodged including all required details.

Gandía Blasco grants a guarantee of 2 years from the time the products were purchased.

This guarantee covers material and manufacturing defects. Gandía Blasco does not

accept any responsibility for defects derived from the wrong use or undue handling of

the products, and only accepts returns due

to manufacturing defects.
