STEP 3 (A) CCFH-A initiates paperwork to release body to CCFH-A for washing (B) CCFH-A notified cemetery to dig grave (C) The Deceased family, FVAMC, and CCFH-A set time for burial

STEP 4 (A) Body released to CCFH-A (B) Body washed and prepared for burial by FVAMC Funeral Task Force (led by Sr. Ramla for female & Br. Kaiser for males). (C) Family chooses to perform Janazah Prayer at CCFH-A or at FVAMC. (D) Body is transported to cemetery for burial.

FEES There are two fees associated with the funeral: (1) funeral home fee; and

cemetery fee.

(1) FUNERAL HOME FEE ($3,400)

FVAMC has negotiated a flat fee of $3400 with CCFH-A. This fee

covers: professional services for all arrangements and direction, staff and

licensed facilities for washing/holding, transfer and hearse, filling all

necessary legal documents for burial, sending Social Security notification,

and providing material for washing body.

(2) CEMETERY FEE ($300 + $595 + Grave Digging/Closing Fee) (All Fees Paid Directly to CCFH-A)

This fee is composed of three charges: (1) $300 - grave lot (land) (2) $595 for grave liner (3) Grave Digging/Closing Fee is variable depending on the day, time of day, and season. The schedule below outlines the various amounts.

After 1:00 pm $470 + $60 each additional half hour. Ex: Grave closed at 7pm would cost $470 + (5 x $60) = $770

$525 + $60 each additional half hour. Ex: Grave closed at 7pm would cost $525 + (5 x $60) = $825

Sunday Up to 1:00 pm $575 $630

After 1:00 pm $575 + $60 each additional half hour. Ex: Grave closed at 7pm would cost $575 + (5 x $60) = $875
