Fundrais ing Information

Rural Route 1 Popcorn proudly presents a profitable and easy-to-sell fundraising program using our finest gourmet popcorn, known for its delicious taste and tenderness.

Packaging & Quantity: Each tub is made of environmentally friendly recyclable plastic, is reusable and holds approximately 9 cups of ready-to-eat corn, 6 microwave bags or 3 pounds of popping corn.

Consumer Pricing: All items sell for $7 or $9. Prices are shown on the flyer and below as well. Your costs can be found on the order form listed by the case.

Ordering Information: We are providing you with a Goals & Actions form and a Leaders Worksheet to help you plan and tally your order. We ask that you order in full case quantities for each flavor. This makes it easier for you at sorting and delivery time and helps us in filling your order. A minimum order of 10 CASES is required. There are 8 tubs per case. Confirmation will be sent for mailed, faxed or E-mailed orders.

Timing, Billing & Payment: Your popcorn order will be shipped within ten business days after we receive the order. You then have 30 days from the invoice date to make your deliveries before payment is due. Please add up individual checks collected from participants and make your payment with a single check. A sales tax of 5.5% will be added to Wisconsin orders unless you have an exemption number.

Shipping: Delivery will be by made via UPS, Spee-Dee Delivery or Truck Freight, depending on the size & weight of your order. Once you have placed your order, we can determine the best shipping method and cost. We will provide you with an approximate delivery date. Exact date and time is determined by the delivery company, not Rural Route 1. A guaranteed delivery date can be arranged for freight deliveries for an additional fee. If you live near our area, arranging for your own pick up will save you the delivery charge. Free ground shipping on orders totaling 100+ cases.

Samples: Occasionally groups will ask for a variety of samples as they kick off their activities for the season. Sampling is an excellent way to get people enthused and energized about fundraising. We offer 2 sampler kits to help familiarize your group to the product. Both kits are a very reasonable cost of $50 (and this includes shipping!). Sample Kit 1: 2 buckets each: Caramel Sea Salt, Cheddar Cheese, Jalapeno Cheddar, & White Cheddar. 1 bucket each: Yellow, Butter Microwave, Kettle Corn Microwave, Chicago Style, White Gold, Mud Puddles, Peanut Butter Cup, and Sea Salt Splash.

Returns & Reorders: Because each tub is individually labeled, we cannot accept returns. Once an order has been produced, any reorders will be treated like a new order. Please order accordingly.
