Low PricesAll our Fun Days Out are one price for adults at £19; children(4 to 14 years) £14; and children (0-3 years) are free and includea coach seat. Please provide yourown child seat if required.

One Boarding Point withFree ParkingFor a quick start and a smooth endto the day, there is just oneboarding point from our coachdepot in Henley. It is safe, secure,well lit and you can park all dayhere FREE OF CHARGE!(Car parking at owner’s risk).

DirectionsOur premises are situated one mile north of Henley, on theA3400, travelling towards Birmingham. Upon arrival, enter viathe ‘Entrance; gateway and follow signs for ‘Fun Days Out’.Our friendly drivers will be there to greet you. For passengersbeing dropped off and collected later there is ample space. Thepostcode for satnav users is B95 5QS.

Travel in ComfortAll coaches used on our Fun Days Out will come equippedwith air-conditioning, reclining seats and toilet. There is plentyof room for pushchairs in the luggage storage. We understandthat young children will be travelling so please feel free to bringalong any equipment to keep them entertained i.e. boosterseats, toys, computer games etc. Subject to booking demands,we reserve the right to subsitute the vehicles used. This may befor a vehicle of a higher or reduced seating capacity.

BOOKING CONDITIONSConfirmation of BookingWe require payment in full within 7 days of booking.We will then send you a confirmation/receipt which is alsoyour ticket for the excursion (online bookers can print off theirconfirmation). If payment is not received within this time,your booking will be cancelled.

Methods of PaymentCash, cheque, debit and credit cards are accepted. Please makecheques payable to: Johnsons Coach Travel. Please note thatthere is a 2% charge for payments made by credit cards.

ReductionsThere are no reductions for Senior Citizens or Students on ourFun Days Out. The low price £19 rate is for all adults!

Cancellation(a) By the CompanyAll of our Fun Days Out are guaranteed to depart. In theunlikely event of any extreme circumstances the trip cannotdepart, all monies paid by passengers will be refunded andfollowing that, we shall be exempt from further liability. (b) By the PassengerYou may cancel your booking at any time, subject to theseconditions:

(i) With more than 2 working days prior to departureyou will receive a refund of £5 per person.

(ii) With less than 2 working days’ notice, the fare isnon-refundable.

AlterationsThe company reserves the right to alter or cancel any excursionlisted in this brochure, or to change the size and specification ofvehicle used. On occasions it may be necessary to allocate avehicle with a larger or smaller seating capacity. When thisoccurs please be advised that seat numbers may change.

Unaccompanied ChildrenChildren under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adultof at least 18 years of age.
