FRONTLINE GRAD Service 2019
Service: May 19th
Overview Hello parents and graduates! We are so excited about this amazing accomplishment that you have achieved as a student. Every year we have an annual Graduates Service that honors all Seniors. This year the service will be on May 19th, 2019 during our 5pm service.
Check List: Due April 21st
1. Please fill out the form online which includes various information that we need to recognize the graduate. (Name, School, Funny Story, etc.)
2. Please submit 3 pictures that include one from when they were little, middle aged, and most recent. This will be used for graphics on the screen and the program. There will not be a video this year. You may turn them in via email or flash drive. However, we cannot guarantee the flash drive will be returned. If emailed, please send all pictures to [email protected].
Group Photo: This year we would like to do a group photo with all our seniors, as well as an individual shot. For this photo we ask the seniors to wear a Frontline T-Shirt and jeans. If they do not have a shirt, please let us know and we will provide them with one! This photo will be decided at a later date.

The Day of
• Please arrive no later than 4:30pm the day of the service. • Your student will each get half of an 8ft. table in the foyer which can be decorated with
trophies, awards, pictures, etc. (Examples below.) to show off all their hard work! • Pastor Matt will meet with the students before the service and to go over last minute
details. • 5pm the service will start!
Important Dates to Remember 1. April 21st: Form and Pictures are due
2. May 19th: Graduates Service at 5pm
3. April 30th-May 2nd (one of these will be our photoshoot day. TBA)
