Rules and Compliances
500 tickets will be printed, numbered from 001 – 500 at $100.00 each
Winners need not be present to win. The Chamber will keep a record of each ticket sold, with the buyer’s name, address, and E-mail and phone number.
Any guns in the raffle will be provided by Best Shot Range. All guns are new and will be picked up at Best Shot Range.
All buyers must be citizens of the United States of America, or legal residents who are authorized by Texas and Federal law to purchase and own firearms.
Each winner must be 21 years old or older, and the individual is subject to passing an ATF background check. All State and Federal laws apply. Winners will be issued a 1099 if their prize is over $600.00.
Winners will have (30) days to claim their prize after being notified in person at the drawing, by e-mail, and/or by phone. The Chamber will dispose of unclaimed prizes as determined by the Chamber Board of Directors.
Winners assume complete responsibility for the use ofany firearm they win.
All prizes are subject to availability.
Ticket purchases are open to the public, but winners are subject to all rules listed above.
