Freefl ight Aviation is a certifi ed Part 61 fl ight school offering a fl exible

curriculum and training schedule based on each student’s individual

needs and progress. Our independent, experienced FAA qualifi ed

instructors form the heart of Freefl ight. They all love to share their

knowledge and passion for fl ying with their students. We pride

ourselves in providing a safe, professional and fun training experience

personalized to your requirements.

Is Freefl ight Aviation right for me?Contact us and fi nd out! We’ll be happy to answer all your questions with no pressure or expectations. Learning to fl y is a rewarding but challenging experience. We want you to have the information you need to make the right decision. You must be 16 years old to fl y solo and 17 years to get your pilot’s license. You must also be medically fi t per FAA regulations and be a US citizen or possess a Resident Alien Green Card.

How long will it take to earn my pilot’s license? It varies according to your availability and schedule. FAA requirements for students at Part 61 fi ght schools are 40 hours, but this is more realistic for those who have time to study on a daily basis. The average student pilot usually completes training in 60 to 70 fl ight hours.

Isn’t fl ying an expensive sport? It can be, but there are ways to control or reduce costs. Much depends on your schedule and personal desires. Before you begin, you should ask questions so you can get a better sense of your expenses and what you’ll need to budget.
