Terms and Conditions1. Your free complimentary vacation is for 3 Days/2 Nights.2. The recipient of this complimentary vactation is only responsible for applicable state
taxes, gratuities and hotel/resort required security deposits.3. Accommodations are based upon availability. Every effort will be made to secure your
accommodations. However, your reservation may be moved to a comparable facility ifyour original accommodations are not available.
4. Reservations must be made and used within a 45 day window from time of registration.5. Once reservations are made, any changes or revisions must be requested in writing by
mail and received 7 days prior to your confirmed travel dates. A $20.00 non-refundablefee will be assessed for 3 or more travel date changes.
6. Your vacation package is fully transferable. Transferee must meet all terms andconditions.
7. Airfare, ground transportation, tickets, taxes, gratuities, telephone charges and all otherincidentals are not included in this vacation (unless otherwise specified).
8. Extra nights are available at discounted rates and are also based upon availability. Ifyour requested additional night(s) occur during a holiday/special event, a peak seasonrate will apply.
9. Tour:A. You must attend a 90 minute sales presentation.B. If married or cohabitating, both parties must attend the sales presentation, have a
combined gross minimum income of $50,000.00 per year and must be between25 and 68 years of age; if single, a gross minimum income of $50,000.00 isrequired and you must be between 25 and 68 years of age; single does notconstitute separated
C. You must speak fluent English or Spanish;D. You must present a valid driver’s license or state issued ID and a major credit card
or checkbook at tour desk for identification; if you are not a U.S. citizen, you mustpresent a passport with a valid entry stamp and a major credit card or checkbookat tour desk for identification;
E. Failure to attend the 90 Minutes sales presentation at the scheduled tour date andtime, or failure to meet the above qualifications at time of vacation package purchaseand time of travel, will result in a $200.00 no tour fee in addition to the cost of yourvacation package.
10. You may cancel this contract within 7 days of receipt of your travel confirmation. If youdecide to cancel, you must notify us in writing of your intent to cancel.Telephonecancellations will not be honored.
11. No group travel.
