The project relates to the transformation of the historical buildings of the Laennec’s former hospital into office buildings. The site is composed primarily of two great whole of buildings in cross on 3 levels articulated on both sides of a chapel desecrated nowadays. The 17.600m ² of surfaces are intended to accommodate the future head office of Kering and the whole of the offices, showroom, workshops and offices of Balanciaga. The project is composed of offices, receptions, poles of meetings, recreational rooms, gardens, car park, deliveries areas and additional services. The project of Kering lies within the scope of the operation works started by the Allianz owner. Kering will take possession of the site in 2014 and wishes that the identity of the places is in agreement and correspondence with the spirit of the group, that is to say an identifiable and astonishing unit. True representation tool, working and producing consistent, serene, generous, open and elegant, in line with the existing places.

The extension of the lobby area on the ground floor to meeting center area brings fluidity of movement and natural light. This space provides clearance to meeting rooms and above all a convivial reception area built around a remarkable and symbolical tree.

The partitioning is achieved by glass walls or bottom furniture to guarantee maximum natural light for everyone. The mirrors lay in the deep recesses of the windows augments natural light, multiply the games of views and perceptions of the outside.
