Formulir pembelian / penjualan kembali / pengalihan unit penyertaan yang diterima secara lengkap dan disetujui oleh PT Sequis Aset Manajemen sampai dengan pukul 13.00 WIB, diproses berdasarkan Nilai Aktiva Bersih Reksa Dana pada akhir hari bursa yang sama, sedangkan formulir yang diterima secara lengkap dan disetujui oleh PT Sequis Aset Manajemen setelah pukul 13.00 WIB akan diproses berdasarkan Nilai Aktiva Bersih Reksa Dana pada akhir hari bursa berikutnya. / Subscription, redemption and switching form of the units received in full, complete and approved by PT Sequis Aset Manajemen until 13:00 WIB, will be processed based on Mutual Fund Net Asset Value by the end of the same bourse day, while the form received in full, complete and approved by PT Sequis Aset Manajemen after 13:00 WIB will be processed based on Mutual Fund Net Asset Value at the end of the next bourse day.PT Sequis Aset Manajemen berhak menolak Penjualan Kembali Unit Penyertaan yang dilakukan oleh nasabah apabila terjadi hal hal sebagai berikut /PT Sequis Aset Manajemen has the right to refuse Redemption Units made by customers in the case as follows :

Bursa Efek di mana sebagian besar Portofolio Efek Reksa Dana diperdagangkan ditutup /Stock Exchange where the majority of the Investment Fund Portfolio are traded is closed.Perdagangan Efek atas sebagian besar Portofolio Efek Reksa Dana di Bursa Efek dihentikan /Securities Trading on the majority of the Investment Fund Portfolio suspended on the Stocks Exchange.Keadaan darurat; atau /Emergency State; orTerdapat hal-hal lain yang ditetapkan dalam kontrak pengelolaan investasi setelah mendapat persetujuan Bapepam dan LK /

Hasil penjualan kembali unit pernyataan akan ditransfer ke rekening Bank yang tercantum pada formulir pembukaan rekening / formulir pengkinian data terakhir / formulir penjualan kembali unit penyertaan. /Proceeds from the redemption of units will be transferred to the Bank account stated in the account opening form / Customer data update form / redemption form.Nasabah telah mengerti bahwa pengalihan investasi berarti Nasabah telah melakukan penjualan kembali Unit Penyertaan baik sebagian atau seluruh Unit Penyertaan dari produk reksa dana yang telah dimiliki sebelumnya di PT Sequis Aset Manajemen dengan tujuan untuk membeli unit penyertaan di produk reksa dana PT Sequis Aset Manajemen lainnya. /Customer understands that switching means Customer redeem/sell all or part of units of PT Sequis Aset Manajemen mutual fund in order to buy another mutual fund product from PT Sequis Aset Manajemen.Transaksi pengalihan antar reksa dana hanya bisa berlaku jika kedua reksa dana memiliki fasilitas pengalihan. /Switching transaction between mutual funds can only apply if both mutual funds have the switching facilities.Nasabah mengetahui bahwa transaksi pengalihan akan dilaksanakan berdasarkan standar waktu hingga T+7 dan semua ketentuan dan persyaratan penjualan kembali Unit Penyertaan sebagaimana tercantum pada Prospektus akan berlaku. /Customer is aware that the switching transaction will be executed up to T+7 and all other terms and conditions of redemption units as stated on the prospectus will apply.
