APPLICANT GUARANTEES ‐ Example

Should the relevant employment terminate before the expiration of 60days, a prorated refund against the fee MAY be applied in the following manner:

Period of Employment By Applicant Percentage of Refund By Foreign Staffing

0 – to 30 days 75% of the fee will be refunded

30 – 45 days 50% of the fee will be refunded

45 – 59 days 25% of the fee will be refunded

If the guarantee provisions described above are required to be provided, Foreign Staffing, upon request of client, will conduct a replacement assignment free of any additional fees.
