Able to mobilise, oversee and be accountable for multiple holistic business transformation initiatives. You are able to grow organisational capability and achieve business outcomes through others without needing to be involved in the development of the operations.

How long will it take?
It’s very easy to complete. It is based on a set of 22 competencies every business professional needs to develop during their
career and each competency comprises of 3 multiple choice questions.
It will take you about 45 minutes but you don’t have to do it all at once, you can close the application and come back to it later.
The survey will remember where you last left off.
