*Freedom Day in Minnesota is the day that you are working for youself and not to pay your taxes. Minnesota is #44 (6th last) in arriv-ing at that day. Tax Freedom day is calculated by the Tax Foundation, a non-partisan group based inWashington DC. It calculates “Tax FreedomDay” each year for the country as a whole and for the individual states. National Tax Freedom day is April 24.
