Cub Scout Leader Job Specific Training

Are you a new Cub Scout Leader? A Leader who has a new position in the

Pack? A parent new to Cub Scouting?

Yes! Then please join the Southern Shores Field Service Council Training Team

for a day of learning, camaraderie and fun!

The training team will guide you through the basics of being a Cub Scout

Leader, provide important information on how to do the job you’ve

volunteered for and provide the opportunity to ask questions and get answers.

Registration is required for this training and there is a small fee to cover

materials ($5). You can register online atwww.MichiganScouting.org ; click on the

Leadership Training link on the left hand side of the page. Registration is

accessed through the calendar.

Class A Uniform is requested (for registered Leaders). Please bring your Cub

Scout Leader Handbook with you, as well as a notebook and writing device

(aka: a pen/pencil). A cheerful spirit and eagerness to learn, interact and have

fun is always appreciated too!
