As part of our English unit “Dog on a Train”, we will be following a dog on a train on his journey to various sites in Bedhampton. We would therefore like to invite you to join us on our hunt to the various sites that our dog, Vinci, visited on his trip on the train. We will be leaving school on Monday 8 th October at 9:05 a.m. hoping to catch the 9:40 a.m. train to Bedhampton. You are welcome to join us on our trip but will need to purchase your own ticket from the ticket office or on the various apps that are available. Tickets for an adult is £4.50 on the train line website. Alternatively, you could meet us at Bedhampton train station for 10 a.m., or the Portsmouth water pump house, as these are two of the various places Vinci visited on his trip. We will be at St Joseph’s Catholic Church from 11 a.m. before heading back to school to conclude our trip. If you could let me know if you intend on coming that would be brilliant. If you have any concerns, please contact your child’s class teacher.
