Requirements: HTML (error-free & W3C HTML compliant). Avoid scripting. Use image alt tags. Maximum width is 650 pixels. Include postal mailing address. Include a plain-text alternative version. Host images on your server, use fully qualified URL’s for image SRC reference (e.g. src=”http://www.example.com/images/photo.jpg). Provide preview/test e-mail addresses.

If you need us to adjust HTML files that are not working properly, host images or design and program your e-blast, please be aware that there is an additional $100/hr for these services.
