Bring a supply of fresh fruit, such as apples, bananas and pears, to your office to snack from
rather than getting sugary pastries from the local coffee shop. During your lunch break at
work, instead of sitting on your butt, eat a couple pieces of fruit and go for a quick walk. This
is another healthy addition you can include in your fitness routine.
For many, it's challenging to stick a diet if they're not seeing regular results. Instead of
obsessing about the number on the scale, use some clothes that are a size smaller than your
current size to gauge your progress. At the end of the week, put these clothes on to see how
they fit. It is likely that you will be amazed at your success.
