DesignMECATISS has specialist knowledge in mechanical engineering and chemistryand we use our own chemistry laboratory and test furnace for product designand testing. This way of working means we can respond very quickly in meeting the most exacting specifications.
ProductionMECATISS manufactures all its own products, keeps specific stocks of somesensitive materials, permanently logs and tracks existing facilities, avoids obsolescence and looks ahead to changes in legal regulations. This vertical integration means that we manage all aspects of the solutions on offer.
On-site installationMECATISS has teams of specialists that are trained to work in all environments,and specifically in risky conditions. A significant proportion of our budget is usedfor staff training.
Expert analysis and maintenanceWith more than 30 years' experience in France and around the world, MECATISS
offers its facilities for expert analysis and bespoke services, studying the risks of deterioration by using manual and/or digital simulations and draws up reports for
equipment tracking over time.
The complementary range of techncial skills offered by MECATISS, from chemistry to mechanical engineering, enables us to offer innovative solutions from design phase through to construction.

> Flood ProtectionMECATISS products use a variety of solutions such as seals and penetrations to guarantee facility leak-tightness and integrity, whatever the operating environment (air, water, undersea).MECATISS solutions can be used to meet multiple pressure, temperature or humidity requirements for a variety of values, including in severe environmental conditions. The MECATISS product range uses various types of materials such as membranes,mastic, elastomers, composite fabrics and silicone.

> Radiation ProtectionMECATISS has long experience in the nuclear industry, and we draw on this expertise in developing a range of products that provide protection against ionising radiation. Our products attenuate gammarays and neutron radiation and can be installed in temporary or permanent configurations, depending on the dose rate, to reducethe exposure of workers in a nuclear environment.
