1. Lace around whole pattern by weav-

ing in and out.

2. Pull string each time to tighten

1. Pick up cards using pincer grasp

(thumb and pointer fingers only)

2. Do not slide card to edge of table to

pick up

1. Pinch clothespin with the tip of your

pointer finger and thumb

2. Pin the clothespin on the square with

the same colour

1. Pinch beads and put onto string one-

by-one

2. Do not let student takes handful of

beads out of cup/bowl

1. Use tweezers to pick up cotton balls

one by one

3. Use tweezers to take cotton out of

the cup one by one

1. Fill cups with water and put a dif-

ferent colour drop of food colouring

in each cup

2. Have student use eye droppers to

make pictures on paper towel.

1. Use chopsticks to pick up cotton

balls one by one and place into cup

2. Use chopstick to take out cotton one

by one

1. Use your pointer and thumb to pick

up the buttons one at a time

2. Put the each button in the matching

container

1. Snap blocks

together

2. Take block apart

3. Do this one at a

1. Pinch the zipper with the tip of our

pointer finger and thumb

2. Unzip and zip each one

1. Use pointer finger and thumb to pick

up toothpick one by one

2. Poke toothpick into ball of play-doh

3. Take out “quills” one by one

DO NOT open the bag.

on the felt

2. Make a snake out of the felt

1. Pick a letter

2. Put play-doh over the dotted lines to

make the letter

1. Button the first felt to make a ring

2. Put the next felt strip through the

ring and button it together

3. Keep going to make a chain
