PLEASE READ
Thank you for your interest in Angelo Brothers Banquet Hall. I hope the information in this folder will answer the majority of your questions. In order to reserve the banquet hall for an event, you must have a minimum of 30 people to reserve half of the banquet hall, and a minimum of 70 people to reserve the entire banquet hall. If you are interested in a room that will accommodate a dj and or a band, and a dance floor, you must reserve the entire room. Here are few things we require you to do:
Sign a contract, (a copy of our policies are in your folder). Leave a minimum of $100.00 deposit (the deposit becomes non-refundable). Have a minimum guaranteed guest count. Have a menu selected. Have a bar package selected. Have a starting time selected.
These are a few of the things we will need to get started. If you are interested in only booking half of the banquet hall the minimum requirement is 30 people. The max seating on the north side (fireplace side) is 50 people; the max seating on the south side is 60 people. I may be reached at 734-427-1872 or 734-216-9451, for further questions.

We do not accept credit cards for any payment. You must call with final count 10 days prior to event. If you choose to bring in a cake, we do not supply boxes or bags for any cake that is to be saved or given to your guests.

Banquet Hall Time Frames
If you reserve a banquet with the cash bar or the hosted bar package you will get a 4 hour block time. If you reserve a banquet with the draft beer & wine package you will get a 5 hour block time. If you reserve a banquet with the per person bar package #’s I. II. III. or IV, you will get a 6 hour block time. The banquet hall may be reserved between the hours of 12pm and 1am. You may add additional hours to your package for a fee of $100.00 per hour.

SELECT MENU PACKAGE
Choose 4 items off of our Select Menu Dinners List. Based on your selections we will print up separate menus for your guests’. Your guests’ will have the option to choose what they would like base on your selections. The menus will be printed with no prices on them.
You will be charged accordingly to what you selected off of the menu. The menu can be printed with any type of heading such as the guest
of honors name and the occasion of the party.

ANGELO BROTHERS BANQUET POLICIES GUARANTEES: Minimum guest counts are required for specific room booking and dates. This guest count will be considered a minimum guaranteed guest count for which you will be charged even if fewer guests attend. Your final guaranteed guest count (subject to the above minimum count) is required ten (10) days prior to the function. Your final guaranteed guest count may be increased but not decreased up to 96 hours before your function but not to exceed room capacity. (Please be conservative in estimating your attendance when planning your function.) We will be prepared to serve 5% above the final guaranteed count. PAYMENT: Full payment is required three (3) business days prior to the function. Payment is required to be in cash or cashier’s check. Money Orders, Personal Checks, Gift Certificates, or Credit Cards are not accepted. Company checks must be approved in advance. All additional charges, including charges for additional guests, above your guaranteed guest count, shall be paid in cash immediately after dinner. The caterer will verify the number of people attending each function. ALCHOHOLIC BEVERAGES: State law regulates the sale and service of all alcoholic beverages. Caterer must supply all alcoholic beverages. State law prohibits any alcoholic beverages from being brought into or being removed from the premises. Caterer reserves the right to refuse service of alcoholic beverages to anyone appearing intoxicated or without proper age identification and further close the bar(s) at management’s discretion without refund. The use of the bar in Angelo’s is restricted to employees of Angelo’s.
We urge you and your guests not to mix drinking and driving. Should you need assistance, please allow our staff to arrange transportation. SPECIAL CATERING SERVICES: You may bring in your own cake. The Angelo’s Banquet Staff will cut and wrap; or cut and serve the cake. The charge is $25.00 plus tax and gratuity. You may bring in your own cake paper plates; otherwise we will supply white paper plates. We do not supply boxes or bags for any cake that is to be saved or given to your guests. FOOD AND BEVERAGES: Caterer must supply all food and beverages with the exception of the cakes for special occasions. Due to health requirements, food is not allowed to be brought in or taken out of the premises. Anything left over will be discarded. No Carry Out Boxes. DECORATIONS: Decorations or displays brought into the premises must be pre-approved by Caterer. Items may not be attached to any walls, surface, floor or ceiling with nails, staples, tape or any other substance. No signs shall be placed in common or public areas. Decorations (balloons, etc.) can be set up no earlier than 1 hour prior to start of function unless earlier time is approved (in writing) from catering office. Table linen is supplied by Angelo’s Banquet Hall only. You are not permitted to bring in your own linen. Other than those persons setting up for the function, no one is allowed in Angelo’s until one half hour before the scheduled starting time. No confetti, dance dust or any other similar items are allowed inside premises, and candles are only allowed with glass enclosure. ROOM LOCATION: Caterer reserves the right to relocate the function within the premises. In order to reserve the entire room, you must have a minimum guaranteed count of 70 people otherwise you will reserve half of the room. The fireplace/north side of the room will give you access to the banquet hall entrance and the banquet hall restrooms. The south side of the room will give you access to the restaurant entrance and the restaurant restrooms. Your guests may not use the banquet hall entrance or the banquet hall restrooms when reserving the south side of the room. DJ & Dance floor functions will require you to reserve the entire room. CANCELLATION OR TRANSFER LIQUIDATED DAMAGES: If this function is canceled or transferred: Deposit is non-refundable.
1. From 60 to 88 days prior, then you must pay 30% of the contract price. 2. From 30 to 58 days prior, then you must pay 40% of the contract price. 3. Less than 30 days prior, then you must pay 50% of the contract price.
These amounts are due at time of canceling or transferring of said function. Transfer fees are not refundable. PERFORMANCE: Performance of this agreement is contingent upon the ability of the Caterer to complete the same, and is subject to disputes, strikes, accidents, transportation, availability of foods, beverages, or supplies and other causes whether enumerated herein or not, beyond the control of Caterer preventing or interfering with the performance of this agreement. Caterer’s liability shall be limited, for any breach or non-performance of the agreement or any part thereof to the amount paid for the initial deposit. Caterer shall not be liable for damages, consequential or otherwise, other than for the return of the above referenced deposit. SECURITY/DAMAGES: Caterer is not responsible for damages or loss of any personal property at the premises. You are responsible for damages, theft, breakage, and/or loss at or to the premises. PRICES: All food and beverage is subject to state sales tax and gratuity charge. All prices are subject to change; prices may vary unless a contract is signed. Delayed meal service of more than 30 minutes will result in additional charges. Menu selection, linen choice and all final arrangements must be made no later than 10 days prior to function. MISCELLANEOUS: All service providers, including bands, disk jockey, florists, bakeries, etc., shall use appropriate entrances for all set-ups. We will not allow bands, etc. to use restaurant entrance. All set-up work must be completed one hour prior to the start of the function. All band members and disc jockey will be fully dressed 30 minutes before the start of the function. The use of any Angelo’s equipment is against our policy. Band, D.J., florist, bakery, and photographer must supply their own equipment. Angelo’s will only provide the banquet tables for the D.J. and bakery. No consumption of any food or alcoholic beverage by band, D.J., photographer and videographer is allowed unless they are included in the pre-paid final count. The hall must be vacated by all persons (including band and D.J.) one half hour after quitting time. If persons remain after that time, a $50.00 fee will be assessed. ANY TYPE OF GAMBLING IS NOT PERMITTED IN OUR FACILITY.
