Filling chapter 7 bankruptcy?

Our home was fore closed in cali in May. The bank said they will give us a 1099 when it sells. If I file for chapter 7 bankruptcy will this be taken off as well? I know unsecured debt will be eliminated but what about taxes on a 1099 I believe this is a CPA question.
