1. Master Lippi resigned for resting (after what?) after a very special motivating period of success?

professionally, with over age players, conflict of generation, the chain in row events, they were not

1. The time to organize the FIFA INTERCONTINENTAL CUP:

1. - At the end of a heavy competition year: Clubs, National teams World Cup

Qualifications 2010, etc.

2. The time has not enough to recover, but they need to play! (Forcing us to

propose new conditions to develop competitions like this!

3. Also, has not enough time to prepare the team for the competition, and as

results, they have to play with 75% from their 100% capacities

Solutions-proposals by our study (s):

VARIANT 1: Develop the games of minimum 5-6 days really time to recover players and a teamto play in row 3-5-7-9 games in a tournament (which is not economically and convenient for FIFA

or Teams & Show)

VARIANT 2:Or: allowed to play 20 players/game, free substitution, which will protect the playersand the teams to play and the football to be protected and perfected (in playing 3-4 days)

ADD TO ANY OF THE TWO VARIANTS:1. Play the effective time (60 Minutes) like in all big world games! (referees time-out)

2. Eliminate the violent players for 15 without replacement! Etc

3. Live 3 referees in the field;

4. Replay the strange situation in the CONTROL CAMERA or direct in the stadium;

2. The National Teams are in TRANSLATION & CHANGES for the WorldCup 2010, 2014, 2018, they need to be supported as well as the Game:

- The teams need to change the National Old players, and prepare for the 2010 World Cup;

competitions!- Some of teams no changes in the teams, just playing as an obligations: Italy (old style); Spain

(already done the team but to tired) and Brazil (to many good players-stars;

Our Study Proposals:

1. The Football is a SCIENCE(and has to be covered, supported and protected by the SCIENCEFROM THE FRONTIERS OF FOOTBALL! (psychologically and particularly genetically & biochemically,

to protect them to abuse the substances to accelerate the recovery process, etc)

2. The Football is an ART(and the players-artist-masters) must be protected by playing in anycompetition and in every game, but this is not practically impossible, to respond with the same

capacities, playing this laws of the game and program!

strategies by FIFA and by the NATIONAL TEAMS;

We are refereeing to the need of improving the value of more teams, like:1. To qualify = 12 teams (Europe 3 teams + S. America 3 + Africa & Concacaf & & Asia = 2 teams

and Oceania 1 team = 14 teams + 1 last winner + next country World Cup = like 16 World Cup

Winner formula!

2. FIFA has to decide for this kind of competitions (class 2 of importance as is developed in 2009), to

make research, to use the FREE SUBSTITUTION; 60 MINUTES OFICIAL GAME, REPLAYING TV

ON THE SATADIUM, NEW BALLS, NEW SYSTEM OF PLAYING 4 PARTS OF 15 MINTUES WITH5 OR 10 MINUTES BREACK TIME BETWEEN PARTS, etc.

3. The professionalism of the referee is the KEY FIFA OBJECTIVE. Please FIFA, dont live the result

on the hand of the AMATEURS REFEREES, from 6 continents (here the democracy is not working.

Conclusion of our studies that the

Winning Formulaof the FIFA Intercontinental CUP-2009, has been:

1. The MENTAL Power to control the stress tiredness and energy;2. PHYSICAL Capacity and the Science of Management of Energy +3. Using the MAGIC CREATIVE SKILLS, the psychological war of intelligence

4. TIME - to be reserved to recover and create the state of freshness +

4. The FRESHNESS (Management of Energy)For each team and game and particularly for the entire tournament has beenthe GOAL of the teams, and in the same time the Major factor in globalization

the competitions value- The Motivation for the game, due to the differences between the players, coaches, team was a factor

to contribute to the value of football games;

- Super-motivated players and teams were not plied to win against super-stars. And the super- teams

were, losing concentration playing 3rd class value and finally they disconnected the CONCENTRATION

and LOST THE GAMES, OR WINNING IN THE KNOEES!!

- The coaches and medical support staff (teamwork) was not enough prepared to respond to the

tournament difficulties and being in impossibility to act accordingly to the needs OF SPORT ESTATE!So, our study is coming to conform the observation of another big competitions, advocating us to propose

to ADJUST TO THE NEEDS OF THE OFFICIAL GAME, PEOPLE AND BUSINESS RESULTS!

= Second = THE SHOW ESTATE, VALUE AND ENJOYMENT FOR THE WORLD and;

= Third = THE BUSINESS which will be at the highest level of enjoyment, interest, and winning the best!

The Refereeing System is still behind the World Football Needs:1. - Maybe the competition was not very important for the world of football;

2. - The national teams where playing football as we need in the World Cup;

3. - Referees were fair - interested to be selected for the World Cup 2010

THE FOLLOWING NEEDS OF THE GAME ARE THERESULT OF THE LAST12 WORLD CUP STUDY:

1. The first requirement is regarding the playing the effective time: 60 minutes;

2. OK! The 3 Referee System in the field (goal line referee is a non sense of the intelligence of

EVERYONE involved in this game of the games! (FIFA Please, THIS IS VERY BIG MISTAKE)

3. REFEREES PROFESIONALIZATION WILL MAKE THE REFEREES PARTNERS!

4. In the game difficult situations, to be REPLAYED IN STADIUM TV , Or repeated in the

Observatory 3 Commissioners Room and communicated to the referee BY RADIO;

5. Free Substitution of 20 players all games development time;

6. For violent attack/intentional brutal fault = Eliminated from the game for 10 or 15 min of the game

without replacement the players + Money to be paid to the injury player according to the value

of the competitions and the injury!

7. The referees changing intentionally the result of the game (in those conditions) to be suspended

for one season being forced to refereeing only kids, juniors and youth for one year!
