CL INTON JACK SONExecutive Chef

Executive Chef Clinton Jackson has always had a love for all things food, starting out in his father’s bakery at 15 then completing his trade certificate in bakery and patisserie, then at 24 in commercial cookery.

He has studied and worked throughout the entire food industry from your local bakery to patisseries, cafes, restaurants, even culinary training, and has delighted

guests within multiple 5 star International hotels around Australasia.

We are proud to have Clinton as our Executive Chef here at InterContinental Melbourne The Rialto and his passion continues to grow for all things culinary. He loves a good risotto and enjoys working with chocolate and sculptures, he even made his very own abstract sugar sculptured wedding cake, complete with handcrafted pulled sugar and long stem peace lilies and roses.

Clinton has created this menu based on all the great flavours you would have come to experience when visiting Melbourne.
