Through this analysis, We expected from you as expansion initiative, to provide all the information related with your institution and city, in order to understand how sustainable will be an AIESEC Chapter about operations, membership and leadership development.

We expected from you to provide the following information as minimum :• Number of courses / careers you offer•Number of student in each course / career•Students motivations and availability to go on exchange. Please provide clear information about studies calendar, holidays, etc.•Availability to host international students in the university as interns (Availability to provide accommodation to them)
STUDENT MARKET ANALYSISSTUDENT MARKET ANALYSIS
We expected from you to provide the following information as minimum :• What are those 3 main sector in your city? ( NGOs, Companies, etc)•Provide a list with the 10 top companies in each sector•Do you consider, organizations in your city will be interested on receiving international professionals as interns? Provide at least 1 intention letter• What is the living cost in your city? Provide Details
COMPANY MARKET ANALYSISCOMPANY MARKET ANALYSIS
•Student and Company analysis have to be presented in a National Event, where the general Assembly of AIESEC Kenya, will give their opinion an positive or negative answer for the beginning of new entity.•The next event will be hosted in Nakuru, from Thursday November 3th to Sunday November 6th. The recommendation is at least 2 people present the analysis. Also, it is better if they can attend the 4 days to the event ( cost for each person : $ 5.000 KSH)
