DESCRIPTION
Questioning public servants who systematically use unlawful codes to take homes from tenants. Public servants never respond to this notice and this is the order of operations for this fraud: NYC Finance Department sends Notices of Lien, not an actual Lien. The County Clerks, within the 5 boroughs, of New York record the Notices as actual Liens on the County Books (this is the conversion from Notice to Liens) which you (as owner) never signed to make it a TRUE LIEN. This is indicative of SECURITIES FRAUD. Now you may ask, who are the players in this Fraud? Look through the City Charter for New York 2009
