‘DESSERTS’, the world itself is so tempting, isn’t it? Our mouth craves for its wonderful and

Well, as far as my knowledge goes, I cannot recall eating or seeing a simple dessert ever. All of

them have been fancy with a lot of decoration done on top to make it look all the more

attractive. Desserts have been improving over the time. The saying is absolutely right that it is a

fancy dessert recipe that enriches a meal. According to me, desserts have always been rich

innovations.

Desserts have always been the best part of a meal. People specially take up formal training to

make lovely desserts. A meal without a dessert will just be like this write-up without a fancy

CHOCO SNOW

Items required: 2 mixing bowls, 2 eggs, 1 cup sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, ½ cup butter, 1/2 cup cocoa, ½

cup flour, cooking spray, chocolate sauce, vanilla ice-cream cube, roasted cashew.

Method

Combine butter and sugar together. Stir till it’s creamy.

Add vanilla and the eggs to the butter sugar mixture and mix it well.

Grease the inside of a microwave-safe glass cooing container with the cooking spray.

Coat the inside of that greased container with granulated sugar. Put your brownies into the

container and allow it to cook in the microwave for 5 minutes and after that let it cool for 7-10

minutes.

In another bowl, put the brownie in the bottom and put the vanilla ice-cream cube on top of

the brownie. Pour the chocolate sauce all over the vanilla ice-cream and after that sprinkle the

roasted cashew for garnishing.
