enrolment form, available at Collège Champittet reception.

Transport Collège Champittet offers an after school bus service to transport students home. The

service departs from the college at 4pm and 5.30pm.

If you would like to use this service, please consult the school bus brochure and contact

the transport coordinator at bus@champittet.ch. Places are limited.

    Availability

Some workshops fill up quickly. Capacity per activity is determined in agreement with

the teacher, to ensure the safety and well-being of all students. We strive to offer a wide

range of activities, but this is subject to the capacity of our facilities and the availability of

    teaching staff.

    Confirmation of enrolment

An enrolment confirmation will be sent within 10 working days of receipt of the

enrolment form (except between 28 th

    July and 19 th

    August 2014). Please check the

information on the form and notify any errors to extrascolaires@champittet.ch.

    Absence

For organisational and supervisory reasons, it is essential that the class teacher is

notified of any foreseeable absence. This applies to all workshops and activities in this

    brochure.

    SAFETY

For safety reasons, students are not permitted to be on campus unsupervised outside

    class/workshop hours.

When a workshop teacher is absent, if a student is not in the care of their parents, they

must adhere to the instructions of the school’s supervisors.

If a student needs to wait for their parents to arrive, this must be indicated in advance:

    - for primary students, to the junior supervision coordinator

    - for secondary students, to the prefecture’s office

The student should never stay in the playground or corridors of Collège Champittet.

After the classes/workshops, once parents have collected their children, they are under

their responsibility and are advised not to remain on campus.

If the safety rules are not followed, Collège Champittet disclaims all liability for any

accident, injury or damage that may arise due to disobedience by any student(s) or the

occurrence of any unforeseeable event, regardless of precautions taken by Collège

    Champittet.
