EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
2018 - 2019 We remind you that this is an additional service in which the school acts solely as an intermediary – teachers render this service adhering to school policies and timetables.
Please read carefully all the details related to each activity included in the Extra-curricular brochure: date, place, age group and cost.
The cost per month includes the number of class days which appear on the school calendar. For this reason, only when the extracurricular activity teacher is unable to give class on a school calendar day, this class will be replaced or reimbursed.

Children from Paseo de la Habana participating in activities in Bendición de Campos will be walked by our staff from one campus to the other. Parents will have to collect them at the end of the activity from Bendición de Campos.
Pupils in Lorenzo Solano attending keyboards lessons with Miss Fernandez in Bendición de Campos should take the shuttle bus to Chamartín. Parents will have to collect them at the end of the activity from Bendición de Campos.
In addition to the Hastings extracurricular offer, there is also a Friday Football Club run by Neil Moran of Premier Football. You can contact him directly to enroll your children at [email protected]
Also, there is an English Club run by Kevin Beer and your child’s class teacher will give you more details.
Important note: The price of each activity is monthly regardless of whether it has 4 or 5 weeks and/or may have public or school holidays. Payments will be charged monthly via direct debit. Classes won’t be refunded even if students don't complete the month.

SCHOOL POLICY
In order to provide the best service in all our extra-curricular activities, we enclose some of the procedures in place for this academic year 2018/19.
Please read the following instructions carefully and identify the building where your children participate in each activity. Please do not hesitate to contact Verónica Jerónimo (Enrichment Coordinator) from 8:30 to 17 h. at [email protected]
Please remember that siblings who are not attending an extra-curricular activity must be collected from school at the usual time.
Parents and carers must be in the entrance of the appropriate building 5 minutes before the end of the activity. Please wait in the covered area on rainy days and do not enter the building. The teacher will accompany the children out to the playground where parents and/or carers will collect them. Regretfully, we may have to charge a late collection fee if parents / carers are persistently late in collecting their children from a club.
The fulfillment of these rules guarantees your children’s safety.
