Case 1: Individual coaching

Toffi ”My temper has many colours and controls me and my tennis. It is my enemy, it´s huge and it will destroy everything. He is also my friend. That is why I am standing on his legs.

”My last figure is Tofifi, a combination of Toffi and Tiffi. The flags show that it is trying to get the best out of the situation. The temper is behind the grey bars, so it does not take over. Tofifi is in balance – both sides look equal. On the back there is a propella, that kicks ass and is controlled by the temper. I wear my ” flower yes hat” and I stand stable on my legs, because the temper and the ”flower yes hat” and me are present.
Experiences: What I learned • ”I love to play with the lego bricks. I
saw that my temper is both an enemy and a friend. I need it and I have to be in charge every time it wants to take over. I will think of this every time I look at the model in the future!”

Background • A large retailer prepares a future store
solution presentation globally and wants to find out how the documentation is perceived locally before it is launched.
• They want to find ways to improve the documentation and to create a common ownership.

• 7x3 hours workshops with end users: Stores, commercial team, external designers (42 persons)
