Precautions – The “Don’ts”

• Avoid trunk flexion – no dynamic abdominal exercises

• Avoid lifting more than moderate weight

• Avoid twisting trunk

• Avoid touching toes or low bending from waist

• Avoid high / medium impact loading activities
