    Chapter President: Oversees all functions of the chapter; chairs the

    chapters Executive Board.

    Vice-President Chapter Relations and Standards: Promotes adherenceto chapter by-laws and National Fraternity policies; chairs the ChapterRelations and Standards Board; conducts annual by-law review; andadministers positive recognition for the chapter.

    Vice-President Finance: Oversees chapter budgeting, invoicing and billpayment; manages chapters BillHighway account; and oversees all financialaccountability of members; chairs the Finance Committee.

    Vice-President Risk Management: Ensures that sound risk management

    planning and practices are implemented at all chapter-sponsored and co-sponsored events; serves as a resource to the chapter during event planning;educated the chapter about risk management topics; serves on the ChapterRelations and Standards Board; and chairs the Risk Management Committee.

    Vice-President Ritual and Fraternity Appreciation: Develops andimplements chapter programming related to Fraternity ritual; educates thechapter on Fraternity holidays; and plans alumnae/collegian programming;chairs the Ritual and Fraternity Appreciation Committee.

    Vice-President Recruitment: Oversees, promotes and develops all formaland continuous chapter Recruitment activities; educates the chapter on

    membership standards; and attends all Panhellenic recruitment meetings oncampus and reports back to the Panhellenic delegate; chairs the RecruitmentCommittee.

    Vice-President New Member Education: Develops new membereducation program and/or utilizes Dedication program for all new members;provides ongoing education to the chapter about correct terminology andhazing; addresses any other questions and concerns related to new membersand the new member period; facilitates the MyJourney program to the new

    members; serves as the freshmen representative to the Chapter Relationsand Standards Board during the fall semester; chairs the New Member

    Committee.

    Vice-President Public Relations and Marketing (a new name for theformer VP-Communications): Develops, maintains and publishes chaptercalendar; coordinates all data in Lyre Links; collaborates with other ExecutiveBoard officers (especially VP-Ritual & Fraternity Appreciation) oncommunication efforts such as newsletters to alumnae and parents; developsand oversees chapter PACE plan (in conjunction with PACE chair); chairs thePublic Relations and Marketing Committee.

    Vice-President Membership Programming: Administers all-chaptereducational programming (including MyJourney); plans and executessisterhood and Chi Connections events for the chapter; assists in planningsocial events for the chapter; implements parent programming; chairs theMembership Programming Committee.

    Panhellenic Delegate: Represents AXO in the college PanhellenicAssociation; represents the Association to the chapter; assures chapteradherence to the binding agreements of the National Panhellenic Conference;promotes relationships between the chapter and other groups on campus;and encourages participation in Panhellenic community service initiatives;

    chairs the Panhellenic Committee.

    Vice-President Intellectual Development: Creates and promotes chapterscholarship program; consults with Chapter Relations and Standards Boardregarding members academic issues; and compiles and promotes campusand chapter resources relating to academics; chairs the IntellectualDevelopment Committee.

    Vice-President Facility Operations: Oversees chapter facility operationsin conjunction with House Director (in our case, this would be the RA); wouldbegin communication process with AXO National House Corporation inpreparation for a possible move off-campus.

    Vice-President Philanthropy: Plans, promotes and executes chapterphilanthropy events; educates the chapter on Alpha Chi Omega Foundation;researches and promotes other organizations philanthropy events; chairs thePhilanthropy Committee.
