Excellence in Executive LeadershipExecutive leadership practice is a fluid process requiring attention to self, skills, and relationships. Effective leaders listen, use integrative and strategic thinking, change behaviors, synthesize divergent ideas to create new, innovative solutions and lead in an environment of change. ExcEL taps into the rich experience of participants through experiential methods, providing a platform for learning and creating new perspectives through which to lead.

“The content of the program, instructors, guest speakers from around the world, and my fellow participants were all amazing. It was a transforming and inspiring experience...I know I will be a better leader for it, in all walks of life.”

Emotional intelligence was by far the biggest learning experience for me. Realizing how my thoughts, feelings and decisions affected and influenced the way things happened in the organization was very beneficial. I have been able to apply all of the techniques I learned to my current situation and it has had a profound effect on myself and my team.
