Company Overview We are very excited to introduce "Exalt Apparels Ltd." as one of the leading and
fastest growing reputed apparels products supplier of readymade garments goods.
We have the ability to work with local and international companies interested in Knit
Woven & Sweater products. We aim to innovate while ensuring our supply chain is
ethical and Sustainable.The Company was founded in 2019 by Tamanna Islam,
Monirul Islam and Forhad Hasan when they identified an opportunity to provide
a practical solution to companies and consumers who wanted any kind of readymade
garments. Exalt Apparels Ltd., the leading buying house and supplier of readymade
garments products is committed to the development of products and services. This
company is located at the Nikunjo-2, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Since the establishment of Exalt Apparels Ltd., it aim to made and supplies wide
range of innovative and design products to doors in the world where most people
are suffering for good sourcing partner supplier. Also we have reasonable &
competitive price range with effect its quality, because Exalt Apparels Ltd. is playing
a role and has geared up its activities in keeping pace with the global demand.

Chairman Tamanna Islam is the Chairman of Exalt Apparels Ltd. She holds the appointment since its inception. He is the head of Management Board of Exalt Apparels Ltd. She is also setting the company’s values
and standards. She is providing support and advice to the Directors.
Managing Director- Marketing and Business Development Monirul Islam is the Managing Director- Marketing and Business Development of Exalt Apparels Ltd. He was Post graduated in Apparels Merchandising & Fashion Designing from BGMEA University Of
Technology. He holds the appointment since its inception. He has taken the lead of marketing for
Exalt Apparels Ltd. focusing on both local and international market. He has prior experience working in few International Buying House. Now here in Exalt Apparels Ltd. he is putting all his effort to
expand the market worldwide and to make it one of the best readymade garments product exporters
in the world. He aims to promote Bangladeshi Garments Sector all over the world. He is making customer focused decisions and developing guidelines. He is also ensuring timely product delivery to
the Clients with quality goods. He is also responsible for procurement activities across all divisions within the Exalt Apparels Ltd.
Director- Production and Technical Development Forhad Hasan is performing as the Director- Production and Technical Development of Exalt Apparels
Ltd. He was graduated in Accounting from The Bangladesh National University. He is working in this
readymade garments sector last 15 years. He Is following all Production as well as all new
development & head of quality control.

EXALT APPARELS LTD. arranges development of different types of samples like development,
fit sample, Prototype, preproduction, Photo, Size-set, arrangements of approval for samples and grading to all required size range and size sets and production markers.
SOURCING YARNS AND ACCESSORIES :
We help your company to get ahead by sourcing items on your behalf in the local market in Bangladesh as well as India, China, Taiwan and Hong Kong. We control quality of all yarn inputs
and coordinates timing of their procurement and imports and its timely delivery at manufacturers. All are tested for colour fastness, fabric strength, flammability and other parameters set by our customers to ensure product satisfaction. Mostly we work on cotton, acrylic, cotton/nylon,
cotton/viscose, lycra, viscose, etc.
MANAGING :
EXALT APPARELS LTD. monitors manufacturing manually and technically, from the yarn
weaving, yarn stages to finish product, on site in order to closely track your production to ensure that it adheres to your standards and schedule and keep you regularly updated with your production. We identify any risk factors in the production of garments and discuss these risk factors with the manufacturer to resolve the problem. We hold production meetings with the production staff before launching bulk production to ensure that all comments given prior to production approval will be implemented in production and that all possible problems are discussed
and corrective measures are implemented during production.
Description
QUALITY ASSURANCE :
We maintain international AQL standard requirements from the yarn weaving, fabric
stages to finish product. All our highly professional quality control personal will ensure
that all production run in accordance to AQL standard in order to eliminate any
dissatisfaction and save you money and time. Please note during production our QC
personnel always stationed at manufacturing sites.
We conduct quality control on all sizes and colours at three stages:
1. At the initial input stage
2. When 5% to 50% of the order has been completed
3. Random check done at the packing stage.
LAB TESTING
Quality is emphasized in all the procedures and we follow many quality standards to
ensure that, the garments we sell are within the requirements of our buyer.
DOCUMENTATION AND SHIPPING COORDINATION :
We EXALT APPARELS LTD. check all shipping documents as per buyer requirements
and ensure that dispatch of documents as per dispatch instructions provided by buyers
L/Cs, well in advance of the actual shipment arrival with intimation to buyers and
clearing agents.
