Eating too much saturated fat can raise blood cholesterol and increase the risk of a heart disease. Trans fats: Found in margarine and also in certain foods that you buy at the store or in a restaurant, such as snack foods, baked goods, and fried foods. Trans fats can also raise cholesterol and increase the risk of heart disease.Proteins

Proteins help build, maintain and repair the body's tissues. Proteins are found in meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts.
