Everest Base Camp Trekking

Mt. Everest Base Camp is the best way for

non-elite adventure lovers to get close to the

world's highest mountain, plus it's a great

experience into Sherpa culture and the high

Himalaya region.

A challenging and dream of the climber, a

very few of us will ever get to stand on top of

the Mt. Everest. The expedition to the top of

the Mt. Everest (8848 m) take around 70 days,

and require blend of fitness, skill and insanity.

The classic Everest base Camp trek takes

about 14 days from Lukla, the remote

mountain airship that provides a gateway to

the region. During those 14 days you will hike

by the Kosi River to the thriving hub of

Namche Bazar; you’ll trek through the Sherpa

heartland, passing vibrant monasteries; you’ll

spend days acclimatizing to the thin air; you’ll

ascend the Khumbu Valley to reach Everest

Base Camp itself; and you’ll retrace your steps

back down again, buoyed by the buzz of

having seen Everest at extremely close

quarters.

ITINERARY

DAY 01- FLY TO LUKLA AT 2840M AND TREK TO

PHAKDING 2610M

DAY 02- TREK TO NAMCHE BAZAAR AT 3440M.

DAY 03- ACCLIMATIZE IN NAMCHE BAZAR, MORNING

VISIT EVEREST VIEW POINT FORM THERE YOU WILL

HAVE FIRST GLIMPSE OF MT. EVEREST AND STUNNING

VIEWS OF OTHER MOUNTAINS- AMA DABLAM,

LHOTSE, KHANTENGA, THAMSERKU AND MORE.

DAY 04- TREK TO TENGBOCHE AT 3860M

DAY 05- TREK TO DINGBOCHE AT 4410

DAY 07- TREK TO GORAKHSHEP AT 5140M

DAY 08- MORNING EXPLORE AROUND THE KHUMBU

GLACIER OR CLIMB UP TO KALAPATHAR FOR THE

LAST BEST VIEW OF YOUR DREAM ABOUT MT.

EVEREST, HAVE A BREAKFAST AND TREK BACK TO

ANGBOCHE CAMP SITE AGAIN.

DAY 09- TREK TO NAMCHE BAZAR

DAY 10- TREK TO PHAKDING

DAY 11- TREK TO LUKLA, HAVE A LUNCH AND REST

AT TEA HOUSE LODGE OR AFTERNOON FREE FOR

PERSONAL ACTIVITIES.

DAY 12- EARLY IN THE MORNING FLY BACK FROM

LUKLA TO KATHMANDU, END THE TRIP AND

TRANSFER TO HOTEL, REST AND AFTERNOON FREE

FOR PERSONAL ACTIVITIES.

Your trekking preparation

The Trekking to the Everest Base camp is not

wilderness. The retail is dotted with

teahouses, tiny villages and prayer-flag-

flung monasteries, adding a fascinating

human element to this great outdoors. The

trail is the world's best trekking trail so

every year almost every seasons there are

many trekkers in the trail.

The 12 days trekking start with an exciting

flight in a Twin Otter plane to the mountain

airstrip at Lukla, from here we follow in the

footsteps of famous mountaineers for the

walk into Everest Base Camp.

With this trekking there is option to climb

the Island peak 6,189 m (20,305 ft). You can

join Island Peak and Everest Base camp

trekking. With no technical climbing

involved it is the ultimate trekking

challenge. Standing at the summit you will

be surrounded by Kanchenjunga, Everest,

Lhotse, Cho Oyu and Makalu - five of the

world’s 8000 meter peaks.

This trek is considered as tough

adventurous. If you are normally fit and

have a sense of adventure you will enjoy

this trek. The program is designed to

acclimatize you gradually and not to

experience high altitude sickness.

However you are requested to check your

altitude fitness and the itinerary.

Please note that the following program is

prepared in the fact basis however things

can be change in some circumstances but

adjustments will have to make during the

trekking. We request you to be flexible

with the situation for your safe and max.
