DATABASE REFERENCE TABLES

• General purpose Currencies – yearly average currency conversion rates to be used. Country data – parametric data or exhaustive hourly rates can be used. Measurement units – units factors are used for any unit conversion (BoM, operation consumable…).

• Price search Component Categories – define rules to simulate price from quotation with date or quantity shift. Parts catalogs – user can create parts catalogues to help editing the BoM and select known or qualified references. Standard prices – prices of very common parts with non quantity-related prices, used for price search. Quotation prices – used for price search. Packages and package categories – used to set automatically data like mount type, pin number, footprint after package

selection when editing the BoM.

• PCB PCB Technologies – stores some PCB technological descriptions, to be copied during PCB edition. Panels – list of panels dimensions and parameters, to be copied during PCB edition. Metal prices – used to calculate conductor and finished materials prices.

• Assembly Process flows – reference process flows to be copied during article process flow edition Sequences and operations catalogs: reference sequences and operations, organized in catalogs, to be copied during process

flow edition. Equipments – table of equipments data, including related labour, to be copied during operations edition. Plants – workshop descriptions, to be copied during sequence edition. Jobs definitions – used to calculate labour cost in any country. Consumables – used to calculate the consumables cost for any year. Entity counters – entities names and related criteria to be used for counting entities from article BoM and calculate an

operation throughput.

All data can be edited by user.
