GAMA DE COLORES

La estructura es uno de los principales elementos visuales de la instalación, actuando como nexo de unión entre ésta y el entorno que la rodea. Por eso disponemos de una amplia gama de colores para personalizar los acabados de nuestras estructuras, aplicados mediante pintura al horno con protección UV en base epóxica. Opcionalmente se puede realizar tratamientos anti-corrosión para ambientes salinos según ISO 9227.

COLOURS RANGE

The structure is one of the key visual elements of the installation, acting as a link between it and the sorrounding environment. We have a wide range of colours to customize the finishes of our structures applied by oven painting with an epoxy base UV. Optionally, it is possible to make an anti-corrosion treatments for saline environments according to ISO 9227.

ALTA PROTECCIÓN Y LARGA DURABILIDAD El pintado epóxico al  horno con filtro UV protege la estructura de los agentes externos: lluvia, roces, humedad, rayos solares,… conservando los colores brillantes por mucho tiempo. En ambientes salinos o corrosivos, los tratamientos TC y TC+ garantizan un altísimo nivel de protección evitando cualquier posibilidad de corrosión.

HIGH STRENGTH AND TIGHTNESS The baked epoxy painted with UV filter protects the structure from external agents: rain, scratches, humidity, sunlight,... keeping bright colors for a long time. In saline or corrosive environments the TC and TC + treatments guarantee highest level of protection while preventing any possibility of corrosion.

ESTANQUEIDADLos cerramientos del hueco para exteriores han sido diseñados para garantizar un alto nivel de impermeabilidad sin requerir tediosos procesos de sellado. Así mismo su desarrollo evita la condensación del agua en su interior protegiendo la estructura de la corrosión.

WATERpROOFThe outdoor enclosures are designed to ensure a high level of impermeability without requiring tedious waterproof sealing processes. Their development likewise prevents condensation of water inside the structure protecting it from corrosion.

AVANZADO DISEÑO ESTRUCTURALLas estructura se calculan y fabrican específicamente para cada proyecto; durante su diseño se seleccionan los elementos óptimos para los esfuerzos que se producen en las guías, bancadas, ganchos de carga,… Disponemos de 8 modelos de montantes combinables con 5 tipos de travesaños con espesores de 4 o 6mm.

Para las grandes cargas disponemos del montante CC que garantiza una excelente estabilidad y resistencia estructural para cargas hasta de 20.000 Kg.

ADVANCED STRUCTURAL DESIGNThe structure is calculated and manufactured specifically for each project; in its design are selected the optimum elements for the efforts produced in the guides, gearless supports, assembly hooks,... We have 8 models of uprights to be combined with 5 types of crossbeams with thickness of 4 or 6 mm.

For large loads we have the CC mount that ensures excellent stability and structural strength for loads up to 20.000 Kg.
