ESN BARCELONA-UB

We are one of the official UB non-profit organizations, dedicated to support and help Erasmus students. Our goal is to make this Erasmus experience in Barcelona the best of your lives.This association is composed of university students that have already had an Erasmus experience out of Spain, and now that they are back, want to continue being part of this multicultural environment by volunteering in ESN.

During your time in Barcelona, we’ll take care of organizing trips, cultural and sport acti-vities, language exchange events, free film sessions, guided tours around the city and of course….Parties!

We'll be there to answer any question and help you in any problem you might have.

Once a week, you’ll have the chance to join our tandem program, where you can practice Spanish or any other language, while meeting people from all over the world. This program consists in a simple language exchange, and the main goal is to introduce two persons who want to learn and practice the other’s native language.

The ESN-UB cultural team invites you to participate in the different guided tours we’ll be preparing along the year in order to let you know our city.You’ll learn about monuments, museums, different routes around Barcelona, and hopefully you’ll enjoy and learn a bit more about this place.

You will enjoy watching movies, mainly spanish films, So that you can discover the Spanish culture and learn the language too. The movies are screened in Spanish with English subtitles.

And of course, you can’t miss our parties, where you’ll meet a lot of new people. ESN UB never gets tired and is always preparing great parties for you to have the best of fun.

With the ESN Card you will have access to all the advantages that ESN International and all the sections that are part of the ESN network have to offer.

The ESN Card is a symbol of a new generation of students all over Europe: they are active and travelling students. The card offers discounts and gives you direct access to information, culture, education, careers, mobility and fun. In just two years 50,000 ESN Cards have been activated! And there are more than 300 ESN associations all around Europe! This means that you will also be able to use your card once you are back home or when travelling in Europe.

While you’re in Spain, and for a whole year, with our ESN Card you will get special discounts in all the trips, parties and events that ESN organizes, as well as discounts in different esta-blishments in the city (stores, museums, bars,etc) whom we have agreements with.

You can get your ESN Card if you meet any of these conditions:

- You are an Exchange student in UB (Erasmus, Seneca, Master, other)
