1.LAVAGGIO DOPO POSAil lavaggio dopo posa è un una fase di fondamentale importanza per tutti gli interventi successivi e per la manutenzione. con il lavaggio acido dopo posa si eliminano i residui di posa e il normale sporco di cantiere come: malta, colla, pittura, sporco da cantiere di varia natura…È bene sapere che oltre il 90% delle contestazioni in cantiere è dovuto ad un cattivo, o addirittura inesistente, lavaggio con detergente acido dopo posa. Per questa operazione fila propone deterdek, detergente disincrostante acido che non sviluppa fumi nocivi e non aggredisce le fughe. Rimuove lo sporco da cantiere – malta, stucco, incrostazioni di varia natura. Fila Deterdek unisce all’azione disincrostante anche una efficace azione pulente.Fila Deterdek è certificato dal centro ceramico di Bologna, perché pulisce ma non aggredisce il materiale. la pulizia di fine cantiere si esegue a completa stagionatura dello stucco cementizio (almeno 36-48 ore), attenendosi scrupolosamente ai consigli di seguito riportati: - Utilizzare Fila Deterdek diluito 1:5 (1 litro di detredek in 5 di acqua possibilmente calda )-spazzare bene il pavimento quindi distribuire uniformemente la soluzione di DETERDEK diluito, utilizzando un normale spazzettone,mop-lavapavimenti (mocio) o uno straccio ruvido per ambienti residenziali oppure frizionando con monospazzola dotata di dischi con tampone di colore verde per grandi superfici; - lasciare agire per qualche minuto, in funzione dell’intensità dello sporco;- intervenire energicamente con spugna abrasiva tipo verde oppure con spazzolone con setole in nylon o nel caso di grandi superfici con monospazzola munita di disco verde e aspira liquidi. - Raccogliere il residuo con stracci oppure con aspiraliquidi.Resa: 1 litro/40 m2 – diluizione 1:5

Attenzione! Materiali levigati, lappati e metallizzati: Prima di usare detergenti di natura acida o alcalina verificare la resistenza a tali sostanze.

2. PROTEZIONE TIPO LEVIGATO E/O LAPPATOcon la protezione si: - impermeabilizza la superficie, rendendola antimacchia - impermeabilizza le fughe, rendendole antimacchia - facilita la manutenzione ordinaria

la migliore protezione si realizza con Fila MP/90, un protettivo liquido antimacchia che penetra in profondità proteggendo il pavimento senza generare pellicole superficiali, per questo motivo Fila MP/90 non altera il colore della superficie e la sua efficacia rimane inalterata per diversi anni.

- stendere puro a pavimento asciutto e pulito (almeno 4 ore dopo il lavaggio), applicarlo con pennellessa, rullo o straccio avendo cura di distribuirlo in modo omogeneo su tutta la superficie comprese le fughe. - a pavimento asciutto ( dopo circa 4-8 ore) togliere la parte in eccesso che si è seccata ed è rimasta in superficie, con straccio di cotone pulito e asciutto, lucidatrice o monospazzola con disco beige. i residui tenaci si possono rimuovere utilizzando un panno pulito imbevuto di FILA MP/90.Resa: 1 litro/30 m2 circa

3. PROTEZIONE TIPO NATURALE-STRUTTURATOnel caso di superfici rustiche lo sporco si deposita negli interstizi del materiale, rendendo difficile la manutenzione. in questo caso, solo per pavimentazioni interne, si consiglia di utilizzare FilaJet che protegge il pavimento dall’usura e dallo sporco acquoso e oleoso rendendo più facile la manutenzione ordinaria. - stendere puro con spandicera o vello - lasciare asciugare prima di trafficare - filaJet genera una pellicola superficiale rigenerabile e quando necessario è facile da rimuovere. 4. MANUTENZIONE per tutte le superficiPer la pulizia di tutti i giorni

FilaCleaner detergente neutro a basso residuo.si diluisce a seconda dello sporco. ad elevate diluizioni non necessita di risciacquo. non lascia, sulla superficie lavata, residui cerosi o siliconici in quanto ne è privo.È certificato dal centro ceramico di Bologna per la sua efficace azione pulente che non rovina la superficie. si può usare anche con macchine lavasciuga. Resa: 2.000 m2 con 1 litro – diluizione 1:200

Per sporchi più intensi e per togliere le macchie Fila PS/87 detergente sgrassante e smacchiatore.Un prodotto, tante funzioni: detergente, sgrassante, decerante e smacchiatore. Basta scegliere la diluizione giusta per ottenere l’effetto desiderato. Fila PS/87 è certificato dal centro ceramico di Bologna per la sua efficace azione pulente che non rovina la superficie. - sporchi intensi: diluire 1:10 - rimuovere vecchi strati di Filajet: diluire 1:5 - togliere le macchie e residui di stucco epossidico: puro

1. REINIGUNG NACH DEM VERLEGENdie Reinigung nach dem Verlegen ist von ausschlaggebender wichtigkeit für alle nachfolgenden arbeitsgänge und die instandhaltung. durch die Reinigung mit einem säurehaltigen Mittel werden nach dem Verlegen Rückstände und normaler Baustellenschmutz entfernt, wie: Mörtel, Klebstoff, farbe, Baustellenschmutz verschiedener art…es ist tatsache, dass über 90% der Beschwerden auf der Baustelle auf eine unzureichende oder gar überhaupt nicht erfolgte Reinigung nach dem Verlegen mit einem säurehaltigen Reinigungsmittel zurück zu führen sind. für diesen Vorgang empfiehlt Fila Detertek, ein säurehaltige entkrustungsmittel ohne schädliche Rauchbildung.entfernt Baustellenschmutz – Mörtel – Kitt- Verkrustungen unterschiedlicher art. Fila Deterdek hat neben der entrustungsfunktion auch eine wirksame reinigende wirkung.die Reinigung nach abschluss der Baustellenarbeiten ist nach vollständigem trocknen des Zementkitts (mindestens 36-48 stunden) vorzunehmen, wobei folgende empfehlungen sorgfältig eingehalten werden sollten: - Fila Deterdek im Verhältnis 1:5 verdünnt verwenden (1 liter deterdek auf 5 liter möglichst warmes wasser)- den Boden gründlich kehren und die verdünnte DETERDEK –lösung gleichmäßig mit einem normalen schrubber, einem Boden- Mopp oder einem rauen Putztuch bzw. bei großen flächen mithilfe einer Monobürsten- Bodenreinigungsmaschine mit grünem Puffer auftragen;- ein paar Minuten einwirken lassen, je nach stärke der Verschmutzung;- energisch mit einem scheuerschwamm des grünen typs oder mit einem schrubber mit nylonborsten oder bei großen flächen mit einer Monobürsten- Bodenreinigungsmaschine mit grüner scheibe und flüssigkeitssauger bearbeiten.- Restflüssigkeit mit tüchern oder einem flüssigkeitssauger beseitigen.Ergiebigkeit: 1 Liter/40 m² – Verdünnung 1:5

Achtung! POLIERTER, GESCHLIFFENER und METALLISIERTE MATERIALIENBevor säurehaltige oder alkalische Reinigungsmittel verwendet werden, sollte die Beständigkeit gegen diese stoffe getestet werden.

2. SCHUTZ POLIERTER UND/ODER GESCHLIFFENER MATERIALIENdurch das schutzmittelt wird folgendes erzielt: - Undurchlässigkeit der Oberfläche und daher schutz gegen flecken - Undurchlässigkeit der fugen und daher schutz gegen flecken - erleichterung der normalen instandhaltung

der beste schutz wird erzielt durch Fila MP/90. das fleckschutz zieht tief in das Material ein und schützt den fußboden, ohne einen geschlossenen Oberflächenfilm zu erzeugen: aus diesem Grund hat Fila MP/90 auch keinerlei auswirkungen auf die farbe der Oberfläche.

- Unverdünnt auf den trockenen und sauberen Boden auftragen (nach dem Reinigen mindestens 4 stunden abwarten). dazu einen Pinsel, eine walze oder ein tuch verwenden, wobei darauf zu achten ist, dass das Produkt auf der gesamten fläche einschließlich der fugen gleichmäßig verteilt wird. - nach dem trocknen des Bodens (etwa 4-8 stunden) den eventuell angetrockneten, auf der Oberfläche verbliebenen Überschuss mit einem sauberen und trockenen Baumwolltuch, mit der Poliermaschine oder mit der Monobürsten- Bodenreinigungsmaschine mit beiger scheibe beseitigen. Hartknäckige Rückstände können mithilfe eines sauberen, mit FILA MP/90 getränkten tuchs entfernt werden. Ergiebigkeit: 1 Liter /ca. 30 m²

3. SCHUTZ TYP NATÜRLICHER BZW. STRUKTURIERTER MATERIALIENBei rustikalen Oberflächen setzt sich der schmutz in die Zwischenräume, was die Pflege erschwert.in diesem fall wird FilaJet empfohlen, das den fußboden vor abrieb und wässrigem sowie öligem schmutz schützt und folglich die alltägliche Pflege ernorm erleichtert. - Unverdünnt mit wachsbürste oder lammfell auftragen - Vor dem Begehen gut trocknen lassen - filaJet bildet einen regenerierbaren Oberflächenfilm und ist bei Bedarf leicht zu entfernen.

4. INSTANDHALTUNG für alle FlächenFür die tägliche ReinigungFilaCleaner neutrales Reinigungsmittel mit geringem Rückstand.wird je nach stärke der Verschmutzung verdünnt. Bei starker Verdünnung muss nicht nachgewischt werden. das Produkt hinterlässt auf der bearbeiteten fläche keine wachs- oder silikonhaltigen Rückstände, da es keine derartigen Bestandteile enthält.Kann auch mit der Bodenreinigungsmaschine aufgetragen werden. 1. LAVAGE APRèS POSEle lavage après pose est une opération extrêmement importante au regard de toutes les interven-tions suivantes ainsi que pour l’entretien.le lavage acide après pose permet d’éliminer les résidus de pose telles que les résidus de mortier, de colle, de peinture et autres saletés de chantier.il convient de rappeler que plus de 90% des contestations sur chantier sont dues à un mauvais la-vage après pose effectué à l’aide d’un détergent acide voire à l’absence de tout lavage.Pour cette opération, Fila propose Deterdek, décapant acide qui ne dégage pas de vapeurs nocives. élimine les saletés de chantier – mortier, enduit et incrustations de toute nature.Deterdek allie à l’action désincrustante une action nettoyante efficace.le nettoyage de fin de chantier doit s’effectuer après séchage complet des enduits à base de ci-ment (à savoir au bout d’au moins 36-48 heures), en veillant à respecter scrupuleusement les conseils suivants:- Utiliser Fila Deterdek dilué à 1:5 (1 litre de deterdek dans 5 litres d’eau, chaude si possible).- Bien balayer le sol puis appliquer uniformément la solution de DETERDEK dilué, en utilisant un balai-brosse, un balai à franges ou une serpillière de nettoyage pour la maison, ou bien passer la mono-brosse avec disques à tampon de couleur verte pour grandes surfaces.- laisser agir pendant quelques minutes ou plus en fonction de la quantité de saletés/résidus à éliminer.- frotter énergiquement à l’aide d’une éponge abrasive (éponge de type verte) ou bien à l’aide d’un balai-brosse en nylon; ou encore, pour les grandes surfaces, passer la mono-brosse avec dis-que vert.- Récupérer les résidus à l’aide de serpillières ou à l’aide d’un aspirateur à liquide.Rendement: 1 litre/40 m2 – dilution: 1:5

Attention! Materiaux polis, adoucies et métalisés: avant d’utiliser des détergents acides ou alca-lins, s’assurer de la résistance à de tels produits.

2. PROTECTION POUR SURFACE POLIE ET/OU ADOUCIEla protection permet: - d’imperméabiliser la superficie pour la mettre à l’abri des taches - d’imperméabiliser les joints pour les mettre à l’abri des taches - de faciliter l’entretien courant

la meilleure protection s’obtient avec Fila MP/90, une protection anti-tache qui pénètre en pro-fondeur et qui protège le sol sans en altérer le film superficiel, à savoir que Fila MP/90 n’altère en rien la couleur des surfaces.

- appliquer pur sur sol propre et sec (au moins 4 heures après le lavage), à l’aide d’un pinceau, d’un rouleau ou de chiffons, en veillant à bien distribuer le produit de manière homogène sur toute la surface, joints compris. - une fois le sol sec (au bout de 4 à 8 heures), retirer l’excès de produit sec resté en surface, à l’aide d’un chiffon de coton propre et sec, ou bien en passant cireuse ou mono-brosse avec disque beige. les résidus tenaces peuvent être éliminés à l’aide d’un chiffon imbibé de FILA MP/90.Rendement: 1 litre/30 m2 environ

3. PROTECTION POUR SURFACE DE TYPE NATURELLE - STRUCTURÉEdans le cas des surfaces rustiques, les saletés se déposent dans les interstices du matériau et rendent plus difficile l’entretien. dans ce cas, il est recommandé d’utiliser FilaJet qui met le sol à l’abri de l’usure et des saletés aqueuses et grasses, facilitant ainsi l’entretien courant. - appliquer pur à l’aide d’un applicateur prévu à cet effet ou d’un chiffon léger - laisser sécher avant d’emprunter le sol - filaJet crée une pellicule superficielle régénérable et, au besoin, facile à éliminer. 4. 2 - cOnseGne e ResPOnsaBilitÀla merce, che viene da noi venduta “franco magazzino”, viaggia a rischio e pericolo del compratore. Ogni nostra responsabilità cessa nel momento in cui il carico viene consegnato al vettore.Qualsiasi danno, ammanco o rottura subito dal materiale durante il trasporto è a totale carico dell’acquirente.

3 - teRMini di cOnseGnail termine di consegna indicato nella conferma d’ordine o in altra nostra comunicazione non vincola in alcun modo l’azienda. Qualora, per qualsiasi motivo, la data di consegna venga posticipata rispetto a quanto originariamente comunicato, resta comunque escluso ogni diritto a indennizzi o risarcimenti.

4 - PaGaMentitutti i pagamenti devono essere effettuati presso la nostra sede Operativa: ogni eventuale deroga deve da noi essere autorizzata in forma scritta.il ritardato pagamento delle nostre fatture, anche parzialmente, oltre la scadenza concordata, da luogo alla immediata decorrenza degli interessi di mora, calcolati ad un tasso del 6% superiore al t.U.s. in vigore alla data di scadenza del pagamento.inoltre, lo stato di insolvenza provocato dal mancato pagamento delle fatture da parte del committente, ci concede la facoltà di interrompere le forniture, di pretendere il pagamento anticipato di ordini successivi nonché di intraprendere ogni azione atta al recupero del nostro credito e alla tutela del nostro interesse.

5 - RiseRVa di PROPRietÀnel caso di pagamento da effettuarsi dopo la consegna della merce al committente, il materiale consegnato resta di nostra proprietà sino all’integrale pagamento dell’importo dovuto.

6 - GaRanZiai nostri materiali sono garantiti conformi alle norme Uni - din - en attualmente in vigore: la nostra garanzia è limitata ai materiali di 1ª scelta con una tolleranza del 5% circa.Qualsiasi garanzia per i vizi rimane quindi espressivamente esclusa per i materiali in 2ª e 3ª scelta o di stock, che si intendono sempre venduti “visti e piaciuti”.eventuali reclami o contestazioni dovranno essere notificati, pena la decadenza, a mezzo lettera raccomandata indirizzata alla nostra sede di Veggia (Re), prima della posa in opera del materiale.la posa in opera comporta la decadenza dell’azione per vizi sia palesi che occulti. non possono essere denunciate come vizi del materiale le differenze di tonalità.Ogni eventuale contestazione sul materiale non darà diritto all’acquirente di ritardare o sospendere i pagamenti che dovranno comunque avvenire nei termini concordati.

7 - fORO cOMPetente e leGGe aPPlicaBilePer qualsiasi controversia, comunque relativa alla fornitura, tanto da parte del venditore come da parte del compratore, viene attribuita, con applicazione della legge italiana, competenza esclusiva al tribunale di Modena, il tutto, salva la facoltà alla ditta venditrice di adire l’autorità giudiziaria altrimenti competente.

3 - liefeRteRMinedie in unserer auftragsbestätigung oder in anderen Mitteilungen unserer firma genannten liefertermine sind in keiner weise bindend. falls der liefertermin aus irgend einem Grunde gegenüber vorherigen Mitteilungen verzögert werden sollte, besteht auf keinen fall anspruch auf ersatzleistung bzw.entschädigung.

4 - ZaHlUnGenalle Zahlungen sind an unseren Geschäftssitz zu leisten: Jede eventuelle abweichung bedarf unserer schriftlichen Genehmigung.eine auch nur teilweise Zahlungsverzögerung unserer Rechnungen über den vereinbarten fälligkeitstermin hinaus bewirkt eine unverzügliche anrechnung der Verzugszinsen, die mit einem Zinssatz berechnet werden, der dem am fälligkeitstermin der Zahlung gültigen Bankdiskontsatz plus 6% entspricht.der durch die fehlbezahlung der Rechnungen seitens des auftraggebers entstandene Zahlungsunfähigkeitszustand berechtigt uns, die lieferungen eventuell einzustellen, die Vorauszahlung weiterer aufträge zu verlangen und jede Maßnahme zu treffen, die zur Beitreibung unserer außenständen und zur wahrnehmung unserer interessen führt.

5 - eiGentUMsVORBeHaltBei Bezahlung nach der warenanlieferung beim auftraggeber behalten wir uns das eigentum der gelieferten waren bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung unserer forderung vor.

6 - GaRantiewir leisten die Garantie für unsere Materialien in entsprechung der zur Zeit geltenden Uni-dinen-normen: Unsere Garantieleistung beschränkt sich auf die Materialien der 1. wahl mit einer toleranz von etwa 5%.die Garantie für Mängel bei Materialien aus 2. und 3. wahl oder lagerresten bleibt somit ausdrücklich ausgeschlossen; solche Materialien gelten stets als im gesehenen Zustand “gefallen und erworben”.eventuelle Reklamationen bzw. Beanstandungen sind vor der Verlegung des Materials pereinschreibebrief an unseren sitz in Veggia (Re), italien, zu senden, andernfalls besteht kein anspruch auf Garantie. die Verlegung desMaterials führt zum Verwirken des Garantieanspruches für sichtbare oder verborgene Mängel. farbtonunterschiede dürfen nicht als Materialfehler beanstandet werden. 12. GeRicHtsstand – anwendBaRes RecHtBei jeglicher streitigkeit, welche die lieferungen betrifft, sowohl seitens des Käufers als auch des Verkäufers, wird ausschliesslich italienisches Recht angewendet. als zuständige Gerichtsbarkeit wird der Gerichtshof in Modena bestimmt.

3 - elais de liVRaisOnle délai de livraison indiqué dans la confirmation de commande ou dans toute autre communication de notre part, n’oblige en aucune manière notre société. si, quel qu’en soit le motif, la date de livraison devait être différée par rapport à la date communiquée à l’origine, l’acheteur ne pourra en aucun cas avoir droit à être indemnisé ou à prétendre des dommages et/ou intérêts.

4 - PaieMentstous les paiements doivent être effectués auprès de notre siège Opérationnel : toute dérogation éventuelle doit être précédée par notre autorisation écrite.le retard de paiement de nos factures, même partiel, par rapport à la date convenue, implique le calcul immédiat des intérêts moratoires, à un taux de 6 % supérieur au taux Officiel d’escompte en vigueur à la date d’échéance du paiement.en outre, l’état d’insolvabilité du commettant, provoqué par les factures non honorées, nous donne le droit d’interrompre les fournitures, de prétendre le paiement anticipé des commandes successives, ainsi que d’entreprendre toute action visant au recouvrement de notre crédit et à la tutelle de nos intérêts.

5 - ReseRVe de PROPRietéen cas de paiement devant être effectué après la livraison de la marchandise au commettant, le matériel livré continue de nous appartenir tant que la somme due ne nous a pas été intégralement versée.

6 - GaRantienos matériaux sont garantis conformes aux normes Uni - din - en actuellement en vigueur : notre garantie est limitée aux matériaux de 1er choix avec une tolérance de 5 % environ. toute garantie pour les vices reste donc clairement exclue pour les matériaux de 2e et 3e choix de stock, qui sont toujours supposés être “vus et approuvés”.les réclamations et les contestations éventuelles devront être notifiées, sous peine de déchéance, par lettre recommandée adressée à notre siège de Veggia (Reggio emilia), italie, avant que le matériau ne soit définitivement posé.la pose entraîne la déchéance de l’action pour vices, qu’ils soient manifestes ou cachés. les différences de tonalité ne sauraient être dénoncées comme vice du matériau.Quelle que soit la contestation éventuelle sur le matériau, elle ne donne pas droit à l’acheteur de retarder ou de suspendre les paiements qui devront de toute façon être effectués dans les délais établis.

12. tRiBUnal cOMPetent – lOi aPPlicaBlePour toute contestation inhérente de toute manière à la livraison , tant de la part du vendeur que de la part de l’acheteur, la compétence exclusive est attribuée au tribunal de Modena avec application de la loi italienne, laissant la faculté au vendeur de saisir l’autorité judiciaire autrement compétente.

5 - RetentiOn Of titlein the event that payment, by contractual agreement, is to be remitted - in whole or in part - after delivery of the goods, the products delivered remain our property until complete payment of the total amount due is made.

6 - GUaRanteeOur products are guarantee to be in compilance with the Uni-din-en standards in force. Our guarantee is limited to first choice material, with a tolerance of approximately 5% (live percent). any guarantee against defects is thus, expressly excluded for second or third choice or stock material, as the special sales lots are always sold as “seen and approved”. any claims must be made, on pain of torfelture, by registered letter sent to our registered offices in Veggia (Re) - italy - before the materials are laid and in any case according to the terms of the law. Once the material is laid, any claim for defects elther obvious or hidden is no longer valid.any differences in colour shades cannot be considered as material defects. in any case, our guarantee only includes the replacement of material found to be detective with the exclusion of any further or different obligation. claims on meterial do not give the purchaser the right to suspend or delay, in whole or in part, the payment within the stipulated terms.

12 - cOURt – aPPlicaBle law any dispute concerning the supply, being that raised by either the supplier or the buyer will be assessed based upon the applicable italian law, giving exclusive competence to rule to the Modena tribunal, except where otherwise elected by the supplier.
