RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENTIRAQ PROPOSAL APRIL 2011

This mixed use commercial and residential project presentation reflects Hellenic Project’s

intention to become an integral part of the construction industry in Iraq. Since 1996 Hel-

lenic Projects has been developing and constructing projects in the United States, Alba-

nia, Bulgaria, Romania, Germany and Greece. Part of a larger group of companies with

experience in the commercial, residential and municipal sectors, we are also specialized

in the development and construction of financial institutions, banks and their branch of-

fices.

This proposal is a master plan for the development of 400,000 square meters of land

consisting of 1000 residential units, office, commercial and recreational space. There are

three model home types ranging in size from 80 to 260 square meters and approximately

15,000 square meters of space has been designated for commercial development. By

integrating the various aspects of local culture, environmental concerns and aesthetics

our architectural design group has succeeded in creating a practical, livable and com-

mercially viable real estate development.
