DISCOVER A LOCATION YOU’LL LOVE From grand halls and mansions to the University’s historic birthplace, choose from six striking and unique Edinburgh venues.

OLD COLLEGEAt Old College, the 18th-century Playfair Library Hall accommodates up to 220 seated guests and is flexible enough to host a 450-guest reception event.

Here, at the University’s birthplace, your guests stroll across the Old College quadrangle before taking their seat below the Library Hall’s neoclassical barrel-vaulted ceiling.

SOUTH HALL COMPLEX Cool and contemporary, natural daylight illuminates South Hall before the evening gives way to a cutting-edge lighting system.

This spacious venue, located close to the historic Holyrood Park, handles larger weddings, seating up to 250 guests. Ample additional areas are on hand for mixing and mingling.

ST LEONARD’S HALL This fully restored mid-19th-century mansion maintains impressive original features including the elegant centrepiece staircase – the spot for spectacular photographs.

With a choice of eight function rooms, St Leonard’s accommodates up to 50 guests for a seated dinner.

MASSON HOUSE HOTEL & BISTROOur Salisbury Green venue – within Masson House Hotel & Bistro – is our three-star 18th-century mansion house.

Recently restored, yet retaining its period credentials and landscaped grounds, this is an excellent choice for smaller parties. On offer are 108 modern en-suite bedrooms as well as great access for disabled guests.

ABDEN HOUSEA baronial mansion that counts Edinburgh’s iconic Arthur’s Seat as a backdrop, here a beautiful drawing room is ready to welcome up to 50 guests.

Our planners can also arrange a 150-capacity marquee – an atmospheric addition to this venue’s secluded garden.
