In this project we faced with many kind of characteristics of the children. Each of them has different characteristic, behavior, and also attitude. With this situation we faced those kinds of differences and we should be able to handle that situation. Because of that we can enhance our ability to speak in front of the public. At least we trained to reduce our nervous when we speak in front of the people.

The main concern of this project is about leadership. Because of this project we can apply the knowledge of leadership theory in the public directly. We trained to improve the ability of leadership in ourselves with facing the real problem that happened in society. We learnt that with this group consist of 5 people that have different idea different perspective, so we must be able to accomodate all the idea all the differences and split the tasks wisely.

In conducting a project we have to obey with a procedure that held by the orphanage. Sometimes we met a different time schedule with children in the orphanage, and also we have to adjust the schedule of other people who wants to come to the orphanage too. With this situation we can enhance our ability in negotiating with other people.

After this project we realize that there are other people who have more difficulties and more burden than us. Actually we are luck to have a life like this right now, we have to grateful to the god. This project change us to become more care about our surroundings, not just thinking about ourselves, but also think about other people out there that needs our helps.

The last thing is, same as our vision and mission of this project “being a leader by creating a leader”. After this project we believe that a leader is not born but if we want to become a leader it can be trained, a leader can be create. Because of that with this project we want to improve our leadership ability and also create another future leader through this children in ophanage.
