We can engrave your artwork for a custom or branded product.CUSTOM DETAILSSubmitted artwork has a 5-10 day lead time for a digital proof and two week lead time for a physical sample, depending on the complexity of the design. Custom design fees start at $500. Please submit a vector image (preferably an .ai, .eps or .dxf file) to scale.

ENGRAVINGS TECHNICAL SPECS

MaterialAll Engravings designs are available on solid plate aluminum sheets in thicknesses ranging from .090” to .125”. .090” aluminum typically weighs 1.3 lbs per sq./ft.; .125” aluminum typically weighs 1.7 lbs per sq. ft. Not available on stainless steel, perforated aluminum or corrugated aluminum.

Blendz, Gradients and Graphix collections are not available with the Engravings Collection.

Standard Sheet Sizes4’ x 8’ and 4’ x 10’Custom sizes are available upon request; the maximum width is 60” on most designs and the maximum length is 120”. Please contact your Móz sales consultant for more information.

FinishesAll Móz colors are available in Polycoat Gloss and Polycoat Matte (not available with Tuffcoat or Durafilm Satin finishes).

Exterior finish options are also available for Móz classic colors and powder coat colors. Please contact your Móz Sales Consultant for information on pricing and warranties.

ApplicationsThe Engravings collection is available as sheets or can be formed into Móz ETA (Easy-to-Assemble) round column covers. Recommended applications include but are not limited to walls, reception desks, door skins, elevator cabs and exteriors.

Installation The Engravings line is rigid and easy to install using a panel or contact adhesive. Overhead installation requires hardware fastening. EnvironmentMóz metals contribute to LEED MR Credit 4: Recycled Content and LEED MR Credit 5: Regional Materials depending where the project is being installed. Móz metals can be recycled at the end of their life cycle. All Móz products are made in the U.S.A at our Oakland, CA manufacturing facility and the materials used in manufacturing are domestically sourced. 95% of the electricity in the Móz offices and manufacturing facilities is powered by solar energy.
