Modular and compact

Fast track learning! The modules of the ENGEL seminar programme take a maximum of three days. Due to that it is ensured that par t icipants can absorb and implement the ski l ls communi-cated to them. Depending on previous know-ledge, seminars are avai lable for beginners, advanced learners, or exper ts.

Small groups. Big effect.

The groups are typical ly restr icted to a maxi-mum of eight par t icipants; this gives trainers the abil i ty to adapt to individual needs and thus give each par t icipant the optimal assistance. This in turn ensures an ideal learning pace and a personal atmosphere in which par t icipants can learn more effectively. Registrat ions for seminars are dealt with on a f irst come, f irst served basis.

Hands-on: Practice on the machine and the PC

Hands-on exercises on state-of-ar t injection moulding machines are an impor tant par t of our training program. The theoretical knowledge taught at the ENGEL Training Centre is imme-diately put into practice on real machines, hel-ping to reinforce acquired ski l ls.

Addit ional ly, injection moulding ski l ls can be practised on a PC with the ENGEL e-trainer. For more detai ls on the ENGEL e-trainer, see the next page.

Specific training for your company. On your premises if so desired.

Are you looking to introduce training that is pre-cisely tai lored to your company's needs in the scope of your staff development program? We would be pleased to help you develop indivi-dual training plans. We star t by col laborating in defining the target groups and then move on to test your staff 's knowledge base. You deter-mine the t ime, place, content and scope of the training.

On request, special ized seminars can also be held on your premises, using your machines, your moulds and your peripheral technology. This saves travel t ime and expenses for your staff.

Certified learning success: the respected "Certified Training" certificate

I t is becoming increasingly impor tant for trai-ning par t icipants to receive objective feedback on how much knowledge has actual ly been conveyed. This explains why ENGEL offers f i-nal exams for al l regular courses worldwide. Upon passing the exam, par t icipants receive the "Cer t i f ied Training" cer t i f icate which is re-cognized throughout the industry as confirming successful qual i f ication.

TRAININGCERTIFIEDC

International companies benefit from the global presence of ENGEL training centres. Thanks to our sophisticated quality assurance system, ENGEL guarantees a uniformly high standard of our training programmes worldwi-de. This applies to both the trainers and the training centres.

Ongoing training is the key to ensuring that trai-ners can offer a consistently high level of qua-l i ty: ENGEL trainers keep on top of the latest technological advances thanks to workshops with the development depar tment and product management and at train-the-trainer seminars.

And: We make training success measurable. For this reason, the trainers themselves under-go regular testing to assess their knowledge levels.

A sophisticated quality assurance system ensures top quality standards at all trai-ning centres around the world. The Cer ti f ied Training Centre logo documents this claim and confirms that the respective training centre has successful ly par t icipated in regular audit ing and cer t i f ication processes.

ENGEL e-trainer

Developed for the CC200 generation of control units, the ENGEL e-trainer provides a unique injection moul-ding machine simulation on a CD and has established itself as a state-of-art component complementing the ENGEL training concept. ENGEL e-trainer can not and is not intended to replace the trainer, but it is a useful supplement.

As in a dry cycle, users can set up and operate a ma-chine with an ENGEL CC200 control unit. Seminar par-ticipants can experiment with and learn on the injection moulding machine at their own pace, in an intuitive manner and realistically, but without any risk.

The ENGEL e-trainer eliminates anxiety related to the use of expensive machinery – not only for inexperi-enced users. Even fatal operator errors can do no da-mage to the virtual machine. This machine simulator depicts the complete ENGEL machine control unit on the PC screen as well as every movement that results from operator input. This frees up time on the real ma-chine for even more practical exercises.

ENGEL e-trainer live

ENGEL also offers seminars via the Internet. This sa-ves travelling expenses and time. Each training session can be stored on disk and repeated as individual need arises. The participants can easily link up with trainers via their PCs and the Internet.
