Cover your entrance wall and doors in three layers of paper: Cover the bottom section of the wall with green paper. Cover the section above green paper with dark blue paper. Finish the top section with purple paper. 2. Draw a treetop canopy at the bottom edge of the purple paper and cut out. 3. Cover the floor with green paper. Tape off the edges with transparent tape.

1. Cover your entrance wall and doors in three layers of paper: Cover the bottom section of the wall with green paper. Cover the section above green paper with dark blue paper. Finish the top section with purple paper.

2. Draw a treetop canopy at the bottom edge of the purple paper and cut out.

3. Coverthefloorwithgreenpaper.Tapeofftheedges with transparent tape.

4. Cut a path out of the light green paper. Mountittothegreenpaperonthefloorin front of the doors with spray adhesive. Continue the path onto the doors, cutting the green paper into a triangle, tapering up to the dark blue layer. Mount it in place with spray adhesive.

8. Staple clusters of pink, magenta, and purple pom-poms at the base of the wall and trees, creating bushes.

9. Staple clusters of light and dark green pom poms at the top of the light blue paper trunks, creating treetops

10. Tile print the wood sign on pg. 4 at 200 % on 11” x 17” paper. Print the owl on pg, 5.

5. Cut long pieces out of light blue paper to create the trees. Crinkle the paper with your hands, creating bark texture.

6. Form the wrinkled, light blue paper into trees on the wall and staple them in place.

7. Fluff up a large amount of 14” tissue paper pom-poms.

11. Attach the sign to foam board with spray adhesive. Cut out the sign with a utility knife and attach it above the door. (For safety purposes, we recommend wearing leather gloves when using the utility knife. Never leave the utility knife where children can pick it up.)

12. Spray mount the owl to the wall above the sign.

13. Tile print the plants on pg. 6 at 500% on 11” x 17” paper.

14. Cut out the plants and attach to the walls and doors with spray adhesive.

16. Paint the sculpture tree face decorations light blue. Let dry.

17. Attach the blue tree face decorations to the tree trunks with hot glue.

18. Tile print the animal and gnome standees on pg. 8 at 400% on 11” x 17” paper.

15. String LED battery operated fairy light strands throughout the treetop pom poms. Hide the battery backs behind the tree trunks.

19. Cut out the deer and attach to the wall.

20. Spray mount the rest of the standees to foam board with spray adhesive. Cut out the standee with a utility knife.

21. Cut out triangular easels from the scrap foam board and attach to the back of the standees with duct tape to make it stand.

22. Decorate the area in front of the walls with toadstools and character standees.

*Remember, these are only suggestions. This project should be fun and creative, so use supplies you have on hand for substitutions.
