Chesterbrook Elementary Summer Camp 2020
Elementary Camp at Chesterbrook Academy offers fun-filled
summer programs for children in Rising 1st – Rising 6th Grades.
Each week, campers jump into action as they participate in outdoor and
indoor games and activities, participate in exciting science projects,
become involved in performing and creative arts, learn sportsmanship
and teamwork, and explore the natural world around them.
Our campers have the opportunity to embark on fun adventures while
expanding their horizons during the summer. Our exceptional program
and dedicated staff create an environment that forges lifelong
friendships among our campers and create a summer experience that is
unforgettable!
It all starts with our outstanding camp counselors.
A camp is only as good as its staff, and we are extremely proud of ours.
Talent, creativity, love of children, leadership and devotion make our
camp counselors the heart and soul of the program. We take our camp
programs seriously and our staff members have been trained well to
provide the best experience for your child. Camp counselors and
specialists are doing exactly what they enjoy most: spending a summer
inspiring campers to explore, reach for new heights, and expand their
horizons.
Camp Hours Monday through Friday 8:00am—4:00pm
Morning Carpool Drop-Off: 8:00am-8:45am
Afternoon Carpool Pick-Up: 3:30pm-4:00pm

It’s showtime! Campers will create, design, act, perform and everything in-between. Karaoke
and dance parties are on the agenda!
We’ll keep campers moving and thinking as they play non-contact sports and athletic challenges in our
outdoor areas, like the sport court and playground.
Let the games begin! Campers will practice sportsmanship and critical thinking while playing
fun video and board games with their peers.
Art is more than just painting and drawing. We’ll provide campers with different
mediums and projects to keep them inspired.
By participating in exciting S.T.E.A.M. activities, campers will ask questions, design, build, create and maybe spark
an idea that will someday change the world.
Children will join forces to solve mysteries, complete puzzles and build with various
materials. These brainteaser activities are sure to get your camper’s gears turning!
Campers will participate in creating skits and learning songs with their camp cohort on our
outdoor amphitheater. Laughter will be shared between friends!
Campers will develop an appreciation for past and present music. Let’s rock out to popular
summer camp beats!

1:9 counselor-camper ratio with the camp cohort remaining the same for the whole week maintaining social distancing.
Only camp staff will be able to enter our building. Camper drop off and pick up will be done curbside in our campus rotary with a Camp Carpool system. Drop off will run from 8:00am – 8:45am and pick up will run from 3:30pm - 4:00pm.
All camp staff and campers will complete a daily health and temperature screening. Staff or campers with a temperature of 100 degrees Fahrenheit or higher will be unable to attend camp that day.
Campers will wear a facial cloth covering (indoor activities ONLY). Facial cloth coverings will not be worn for outside activities or when eating or sleeping. We are creating fun camper schedules to include lots of outside time, so that facial coverings will only be a limited part of the day.
Staff will wear masks and gloves and will frequently sanitize high-touch common areas throughout the day.

to take with them at the end of the summer!

REGISTRATION: Complete and print both registration pages, attach a copy of your health insurance card & payment, and return to the Office.
A Registration Fee of $30 and One Week's Deposit is required to enroll for Summer Camp. $30 Registration Fee + Deposit Money is REQUIRED
The Deposit ($ based on final week pricing) covers your final week of camp and secures your child's registration. *ALL further camp payments MUST be processed through our Auto-Draft System (unless otherwise arranged with Principal) TOTAL $ PAID_______________Check#______________
*Weekly payment will be drafted on Monday evening of each camp week. Deposit Pre-Pays for Camp Week ___________________ *If payment is not received by the 3rd day of a camp week, a $30 late fee will be added to the balance.*Since all camp programs are pre-scheduled, any CHANGES (additions/deletions) to originally selected programs must be made TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE of requested change. *All requests FOR CANCELLATIONS made after this deadline will not be accomodated and payment will be required. Email the Office to make any additions or changes to your schedule.
(Pre-scheduling programs include vendor agreements, cost of supplies, staffing according to registration ratios, etc. which are all time-sensitive.)
