The Eleiko IWF Olympic Weightlifting Collection includes all the equipment needed to train for or run a certified IWF event.

LIMITED MAINTENANCEWith our NxG design, each bar undergoes extreme tight tolerances which include a: heat treatment, surface treatment, hardness treatment, and straightness tol-erance. After this it receives a protective chrome finish, (there are many finishes one can use on a barbell), which we found is the best combination of strength and flexibili-ty while also having excellent corrosion resistance.

DUSTPROOF SEALA simple but innovative small silicon seal keeps the grease in while eliminating the dust and debris that could get inside the barbell harming its perfor-mance.

PRECISION CRAFTSMANSHIPEach bar is made from the purest Swedish steel, (which undergoes aerospace grade impurity detection) and is calibrated within grams.

PRECISION NEEDLE BEARINGSNew NxG design gives smooth controlled rotation under any load through the increased surface area and load displacement of needle bearings with an inner race. Every bar is equipped with eight needle bearings, having four per sleeve.

PRECISION KNURLINGThrough 60 years of innovation we have created the ultimate lifting experience with our custom waffle iron knurling pattern. Our knurling is hand crafted and rated on a scale as either 1.0, 1.2, or 1.5.

NEXT GENERATION

THE SCIENCE

LIFTSThis bar is best suited for the snatch, and the clean andjerk. This barbell, due to the rotational capacity, ag-gressive grip, and strong flexibility, is not ideal for heavy deadlift or bench press variations.

CAREA plastic brush is included with the bar so it can be kept free of chalk and debris. For safety (as well as bar care) we recommend dropping the bar only on an Eleiko plat-form or similar quality surface (30-mm thick rubber).

Since becoming certified by the IWF in 1969, Eleiko has equipped more than 40 World Championships, as well as several hundred continental and regional Champion-ships and Games.

PRODUCT CAREIn order to keep and get the most out of your lifetime warranty we advise you to follow our product care guidelines and lifting recommendations.

To keep the bar beautiful, do not expose the coating to ex-tremely sharp edges and humidity. We recommend clean-ing off your barbell after every use to ensure longevity. Not to be stored with weights loaded on rack. Indoor use only. Normal wear and tear does not fall under warranty.

SUMMARYAnyone purchasing this bar needs it to be competition certified by the IWF against very tight tolerances, wants very aggressive knurling, and is a competitive weightlifter or hosts competitive weightlifting events.

FOLLOW THESE ACTION STEPS WITH THE BARBELLDISCOVER THE FEELING Hold the bar in your hands, take note of the knurling (the waffle iron pattern), how does it feel in your hands?

Does it grip your palms and dig into your fingers?

Does it feel rough?

This knurling is a competitive grip made to give you high performing lifts, it should dig deep into your palms and help you feel one with the barbell.

WITNESS THE ROTATIONPlace the bar on a rack and load it with the same disc on each side. Pull down on the disc causing it to spin and watch as the optimal rotation keeps the disc spinning smoothly and evenly.

HEAR THE PRECISION As the sleeves spin, if your gym is quiet enough, take note of what you hear...

That is optimal rotation with precision needle bear-ings, at any load. Go ahead load on more weight and watch as the sleeves continue to spin effortlessly.

PRACTICE MAINTENANCE Grab the plastic brush the barbell came with and scrub down the knurling, get a handle on what it is like to clean your barbell and be sure to do it regularly.
