WHAT TO EXPECT FROM EWGCC18?
In recognising the Gulf States’ combined industrialisation goals, EWGCC 2018 will create an effective stage where the very best international EW technology suppliers are able to build strong and sustainable business connections with leading local defence companies tasked with meeting regional military and security objectives.
EXHIBITION
Showcase of the latest technologies from an international line up of high end technology solution providers. It will focus on rapidly deployable and reconfigurable solutions for complex Electronic Warfare and Information Warfare operations.
WORKSHOPS
Practical and interactive workshops of one hour duration that allow EW practitioners to fully understand emerging technologies and processes being introduced into service to encourage for informed decision making.
KEYNOTE ARENA
A dedicated platform for thought leader presentations and next generation technology challenges. Senior commanders, EW professionals and academia will present on the critical challenges that will need to be addressed to effectively operate and control the use of the EM spectrum.
CYBER RANGE EXERCISE
Practical demonstrations that give military commanders an opportunity to understand how tactical cyber operations will affect future military conflicts. EW professionals will be able to witness a typical tactical cyber exercise to understand how cyber activities have become the 5th domain of warfare.
SUPPLY CHAIN AND COMPONENT SHOWCASE
Recognising the GCC vision to build a capable and sustainable local defence industry base, the Supply Chain and Component Showcase will forge together meaningful relationships with the local defence industry and the international supply chain.
LIVE COUNTER DRONE DEMONSTRATIONS
Unique opportunities for international companies to conduct live demonstrations of counter drone equipment to the region’s military EW professionals. All demonstrations are by request and subject to approval by EW command.
